Its a fairly robust database and flexible database

standalone product out of the box, needs to be more easily integrated into enterprise systems

Love Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is Easy to learn and very customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mapping only does 250 data points. :(

Tracking things that our software platform won't track well.
The older format is easier to create specific reports and organize tables.

New formate limites the ability to compare, filter comparable data.

It allows us a data base for knowledge management, documenting trainings, and documenting outreach efforts
Remote Working with a Team
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows my team to work remotely and have an accessible database for our "office". When the pandemic shuttered many businesses, we were already set up to work remotely and business carried on without delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding information is sometimes tricky because it holds so much data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great place to store our organization's information in one place that is easily accessible by our team.
Pipeline Review for Pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate/use. The endless options and features the come with quickbase. Making the work easier and more efficent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding pipelines without the ability to use real time or today as a options for pipelines, have to createa run around. Also using new quickbase formula rules not compatible on mobile version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our daily use easier and data collection and reporting faster and easier.
Great Project Management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is scalable and can accomodate multi-user access from internal to external stakeholders. It can generate custom reports with real-time updates. It can easily be implemented by any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downside except that I wish Fastfield was intergrated as part our Organization's subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team collaborate in real-time. It allows vendors and customers to collaboratively use the application and track projects, use it as a data repository.

Everything you neeed is in one place and easy to look at.

sometimes the interface can feel a little slow.

I enjoy the customizability and ease of use. I use it every day and it does feel like a very easy workflow

I don't like that sometimes the search function is glitchy

Quickbase has made it easy to manage my time off and other employee HR needs.

not anything i can think of at this time. it far exceeds our inital expectations.

It elimates the need to enter data in muliple spreadsheets, we are able to export the data that differnet
Quickbase is an excellent CRM.
