Effective at managing records for most purposes
What do you like best about the product?
I use Quickbase nearly every day and have helped build out our organization's apps and tables for managing our records. The organization of the platform is very good and building apps is not too hard to pick up for anyone. You can build something simple to start and add features and connections as needed effectively.
Support is generally pretty good at helping answer questions you have particularly around more advanced features like pipelines and integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be cumbersome to design/manage/organize and there is a lot of refreshing/switching between pages and menus. Character encoding issues have also led to performance blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage our team's project intake and primary record keeping.
Great Product for custom business needs

Cost has escalated over the past 3 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very specific customer needs. With quickbase we did not have to "hack" an existing system to make it work.
Optimized Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I'm overall impressed with how the software streamlines aspects of our workflow in commercial construction. Quickbase has allowed us to improve our efficiency and coordination across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing tools appear to be somewhat inconsistent. Specifically, there are areas that we would like to have as editable fields, but they are currently inaccessible for editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interface has had several updates since I've been using it, and it continously improves.
Quickbase Equals Company Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows our company to keep accurate and detailed records without the use of bulky spreadsheets. It also allows us to not have duplicate copies of spreadsheets. Accessible information is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took just a couple of times to get used to the setup. But it's easy to use now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all project deadlines and deliverables at one location.
From a field worker's perspective
What do you like best about the product?
The office is capable of leaving notes about a particular job as to what is expected on a client basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
If permissions aren't granted for changing the status of a project, you will have to track down whomever has said permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to keep track of the daily production rates that would otherwise take time out of my coworkers day to report back to me.

Easy to use and great for tracking our different processes. Customer support is also great

Nothing - its generally very easy to use

I would prefer the ability to create dashboards and the ability to export for sharing.

Quite customizable overall, even if not perfect, but their developer support is fantastic with Data Collaborative!

Certain elements I wish were more customizable, and their reliance on pop ups is not ideal.

Quickbase - Easy to Use, Needs Improvement on SetUp
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows us to view multiple aspects of our business goals and metrics with reasonable ease. I am in the apps daily, and it's nice to be able to click a couple times to get what is needed for my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once dashboards are set up, it's easy to maneuver. I would like to have more opportunities for one-on-one training so that I can grasp concepts more easily, and for me, more efficiently.

Quickbase allows our Team to view data quickly and efficiently with linking capabilities within the app. Our Team can see all input and output with a few simple clicks.

UI can be changed and the customizations can be improved more.
