Quickbase for multiple applications
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up different applications and connect data between them. Customer support is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be slow to load for large datasets and reports with increasing usage. New features take time to roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can store data for different purposes and handle purchasing of products.

Requires specialist developer support. Too complex

Managing multiple complex projects across remote teams, working asynchronously. Compliance with audit and documentation needs. Performance measurement tracking and reporting
Great tool, poor customer service
What do you like best about the product?
With basic coding knowledge it is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself is excellent; however, my primary grievances stem from the administrative staff. They often treat me more like a number than a person, giving the impression of indifference towards my satisfaction with their solutions and services. It seems as though they aren't genuinely concerned about the success of my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a very user friendly software for keeping your projects organized and manageable. Once you learn how to navigate the site itself, you will quickly see the value Quickbase has to offer!
What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner, Quickbase could seem daunting as the features seem endless at times which can lead to confusion and under-organization. However, as long as you have the right support, you can by-pass this issue with ease!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Quickbase, it was difficult to keep all tasks for our Marketing department organized from beginning to end. However, this software has completley taken that burdon away, allowing us to feel at ease with out tasks!

There can be come clunkiness with managing different roles, and with pipelines

It is helping us track our data in a systematic way and create reports automatically, saving us a ton of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize QuickBase for almost every aspect of our business, from managing tasks & projects, to client analytically reporting, to population health management, to ticketing service and much much more.

There is a table size limit that we occasionally run into

We have complex data on hundreds of clients that is seamlessly tied together
Great Customizeable Option For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to customize to fit our business need as a project management software. We rely heavily ability to link tables of information together and Quickbase knocks that out of the park. Support team and sales team were and have been helpful over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pipelines have been a bit hitchy but work decently to automate tasks and information workflows. A tad pricey for super small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to house key information for our organization- project info, financial snapshots, customer information, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Customizability. Ease of use. Works well for out solution.

I think it needs a new look. Takes a while for things to load and sometimes connections break.

It helps us build products and pricing in order to create Order Forms for our customers.
Ongoing efficiency and quick development and deployment
What do you like best about the product?
Th ease of quickly developing a solution and deploying it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex use cases do not fit as easily.They can't be built into QB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a rapidly built and adaptable interface for our customers to submit master data requests, and corresponding workflow. We're able to addresds many other low lying use cases with great efficiency.
Quickbase is a game changer,easy to use yet powerful enough to solve any use case I recommend 100%

I like how Quickbase allows the importing of database through external services.
We track our projects and work orders daily using quickbase.
Also it has helped us to remain on track and focused as well as to analyze data that helps us make decisions based on trends that we recognize using the reports.

I believe that Quickbase is well suited,nothing that I dislike towards it.
