Simple to use on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity / easy upload and extract / the way to customize it
What do you dislike about the product?
Graph and recap table are not so performant / customizable.

Quickbase can easily centralize info from other system and display them as a table

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful platform with a considerable amount of capabilities. As it has been around a long time, it is a mature product with all areas in the Low Code/No Code world taken care off.
It is fairly easy to learn initially to get up and running but with time people can really start to uncover some of the more powerful/complex options in it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to create really modern UI designs in the applications is missing. It looks a little dated in the UI toolboxes/options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to use a single platform for the creation of standard level applications. Keeps them all in a single place and provides the governance controls over these.

Quickbase has been extremely helpful in creating software used for performing utilization reviews.
Quickbase is a very easy to use source for keeping track of expenses

Easy to use, lets you set up what you want or what is important to your business

Only one main person is the owner, if you want to change something it only has one person that can make these changes

a way to track added expenses or claim information. quickbase allows ease of information and uploading for claim processing and tracking

difficult to handle mutiple tables and relations

it is hosting our entire database systems

The script is easy to configure to meet changing requirements

QB could use a better "Developer Mode" to allow experimenting with changes and better see how modules throughout the application will be affected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assessing workflow, scheduling tasks and assigning personnel/ equpment. QB is helping better predict our workflow and manage lead times. It is helping track projects throughout the life-cycle from initial product development to customer feedback and reiteration. QB is also a useful tool to manage our Quality system, HR records, and documentation.
Very easy to use and navigate.

Quickbase is extreamly user friendly and can be used in many different ways foe a veriety of companies.

You need to be properly trained to program the system to do what you want.

helping orginize all of our projects and keep track of where they are in the process.
User friendly and resourceful across multiple divisions within our company.

The user friendly-ness of the mobile app.

The reporting can be confusing at times though I feel that is primarily our control in cleaning up as a admin/user role.

The flexibility of being able to set up your own charts

It can be a bit clunky in terms of saving reports and overriding changes
