User-Friendly but Occasionally Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like Quickbase for its minimalistic design, which makes it easy to use and navigate. It helps me do my tasks easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow sometimes. I experience the slowness every time I am clocking in 5 minutes before my shift, and I think it is because multiple people are using it at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me clock in and out, tag breaks, submit tickets, and makes my tasks easier with its minimalistic design and ease of navigation.
Flexible Platform with Room for Scalability and Integration Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Quickbase's flexibility, especially the ability to build custom applications without coding. This feature is particularly beneficial for organizations, as it helps in managing complex dynamic operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest areas where Quickbase could improve are its high cost, limited scalability for very large apps, and integration gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to replace spreadsheets, reducing manual processes and gaining real-time visibility into operations.
Easy-to-Read Buttons Make Quickbase Simple to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has easy-to-read buttons on the website, so it isn’t confusing to figure out what to click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that when I click on my “leaves” or “open tickets,” it opens a new tab in my browser. I’d prefer it to stay in the original tab instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has improved the way we manage time clocks, breaks, leave requests, coaching, and IT tickets. So far, it has saved time for our team and kept all of our records organized in one place.
Very User-Friendly Interface That’s Easy to Learn and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. It's not hard to learn or navigate the interface. I've been using QB for our work for almost 2yrs now and I never had a problem. Admins can also change details thru ticket if I mistakenly tagged inside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike but there are times that it became slow due to traffic which I think is normal. But I hope this can be improve. But overall, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use QB for log ins; it helps by being user-friendly.
Easy to Navigate with a Clean, Well-Organized Interface

Easy to navigate and the buttons look neatly arranged.

Takes too long to load when a lot of users are online at the same time.

Accurately tagging my lunch and break at work.
Effective Communication and Customization with Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to talk with someone regarding our patients' needs. Quickbase helps with quick communication between the doctor's office and the third party, making it very valuable for keeping up in real time with patients' prescriptions. I enjoy the organization and customization I can do. Working with one provider and being able to see only their patients makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only improvement I would ask for is notifications, like if you're still logged in you get a beep to say someone has responded to your message, like a quick chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps with quick communication between the doctor's office and the third-party, allows real-time tracking of patient prescriptions, and can be customized to view specific provider information, making my job easier.

Sometimes can be slow to load and not saving work

I have not used Quickbase for very long, so I have not run into many, if any, problems currently.
Easy to Learn, Fast to Build Robust Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and easy to use. It lets me build remarkably robust solutions quickly for everyday problems, without a lot of friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing the app’s UI isn’t easy, and that can get in the way of user adoption and compliance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial analysis, budgeting, bill tracking, AP, and daily workflows—this covers numerous small-business problems that would otherwise require onboarding several different platforms or apps. That, in turn, would mean exorbitant costs and steep learning curves for users.
Easy to Use for Building Apps and Analyzing Data
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The application is very easy to navigate, and it doesn’t take long to figure out how everything works. Building applications is straightforward, and analyzing data is just as easy. It is very easy to implement and replicate applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system feels very slow, especially when working with pipelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and solutions. We needed our data to be processed and connected across applications, and Quickbase makes that very easy.
Effortless Communication, Real-Time Improvements Desired
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that I can communicate via a portal instead of having to be on the phone with someone every day. The things I enjoy the most or work well are the quick responses from the other party involved. It was very easy to set up Quickbase. Once we got in, I was able to walk myself through how to use the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I wish it was more real-time. Like if someone responds to a message you sent, you get notified as soon as it was updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to handle prior auth activities, manage paperwork, and communicate with pharmacies efficiently through a portal, saving me from daily phone calls. It ensures quick responses from the other party involved.
