Manufacturing with QuickBase
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase has been a game-changer for our quality department. It has helped the way we manage and analyze data, making our processes easier to manage rather than using the limiting modules in Delmia.
Before using QuickBase, we had to use Google Sheets using data dumped from our ERP system. It became confusing for team members to know what sheets to use, and where to look when performing quality checks. Having one place to do it all has helped a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more options to create pipelines for other services such as Google BigQuery rather than just using Google Sheets. The learning center could also use a bit of streamlining as there are tons of different categories with subcategories making it confusing that you want to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solved the problems with using limiting software for Quality management. We use Quickbase to capture our quality data in a more effective way that allows our team members to collaborate from different plants. It doesn't require much training so team members can easily pick it up and do an effective job.
Flexible and easy platform for database operation
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a no-code platform for some basic database operation. I like its ability to store data, make reporting from that data, see the data, and make plan of action from the data at in a single dashboard.
Quickbase is fully customizable that also speed up my work, because I can easily customize it according to my need.

Integrating quickbase with some 3rd party platform is not easy. So, they should work to improve its integrating ability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used Quickbase as a no-code platform for developing small scale web apps. Quickbase is helping me in project management and project collaboration with the team-mates. Because of this I can develop customized apps very easily and quickely.
Safer way to manage all important documents
What do you like best about the product?
I use quickbase document library to manage all my documents at one space. It is a safe and best platform to organize my documents according to their types.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, it is working good and I have not facing any issue.

I can easily upload my important documents and filter them by category, author and date in report shortcuts section.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase offers a easier content management service. The best we like is a single window that is useful in data storage, reporting and further using it for planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few extra integraitons would be helpful, and even an extra features like a dedicated marketing platform would be great. Also a features like mobile friendly UI would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The low code feature, portability of data using sheets, customization, various features related finance and single window operation for out diff. teams is very useful.

The most helpful is a cleaner database, concise data, a better approach towards business assets. It helps different levels of management and stakeholders.

I would like quickbase to have more and more integrations. And also a very detailed learning guide would also be a promising factor.

It solves problems clustering of data into better reports, helps in forecasting, helps in presenting with various levels of management and stakeholder nurturing.
Great tool for Building Customize Application as per Business Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows me to create applications that meets my business requirements, with little coding knowledge. User Interface is awesome and it's easy to use. It offers various security features that meets industry standards. A wide varirety of integration with other tools is also offered Quickabse which helps to get in sync with exiting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
For intense customization one needs to have a better understanding of advanced coding. A reliable internet connection is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me to create customized applications with little coding knowledge as per the business requirements. It helps me to intergarte Excel with the existing systems.

I wish queries were simpler, for example: getting the most recent record in a given table to use in another table used to be a pain. Now is better with queries but I think there is still room for improvement

It includes serval pre-made components, which would require significant effort to implement in other programming languages quickbase.

Quickbase introducing the client to the concept of agile methodology in a polite manner.

Quickbase issues such as stock management can be effectively addressed using quickbase, as it allows for faster development of application that are responsive across all screen and mobile formates.
