What do you like best about the product?
There's seemingly endless customizations so you can construct whatever kind of data and inputs you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is overwhelming how much there is on the platform. A LOT to learn and not a software that you can jump right into as a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows all of our external partners to input their own financial data, but each partner's data is confidential only to them. This allows us to have one place where we can track our company financials without everyone being able to see everyone else's stuff. Each partner has their own login and can only see what we allow them access to see.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything on the app your using is searchable and there are different filters that can be applied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase has so many options/capabilites that utilizing apps can be overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking pump reports and operation and maintenance reports for the Health Department. This allows us to have all records online in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's customizable, not only to our organization, but also on an individual basis. Everyone can have thier own dashboard. It's easy to use, and I am an every day user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to get used to, because it was set up by our engineering team as a reporting database.

Allows us to analyze our data in one spot

Effective at managing records for most purposes

What do you like best about the product?
I use Quickbase nearly every day and have helped build out our organization's apps and tables for managing our records. The organization of the platform is very good and building apps is not too hard to pick up for anyone. You can build something simple to start and add features and connections as needed effectively.

Support is generally pretty good at helping answer questions you have particularly around more advanced features like pipelines and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports can be cumbersome to design/manage/organize and there is a lot of refreshing/switching between pages and menus. Character encoding issues have also led to performance blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage our team's project intake and primary record keeping.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Quickbase for a few years now to manage capital expenditures and budgets for our projects. I find the interface extremely intuitive and easy to use. There are a lot of customizable features that allows you to organize and extract the data you need and customer service has been great to incorporate specific features we need to streamline our team's daily tasks. I would definitely recommend this platform for similar use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things I find incovenient about Quickbase, including in certain instances where after I've made and saved changes, it sends me to a different page and opening saved attachments require me to download the file rather than being able to preview it in-screen or in a pop-up window. These are not major issues but things we hope to work with develops to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cost has escalated over the past 3 years.

We have very specific customer needs. With quickbase we did not have to "hack" an existing system to make it work.

The process for adding users could use more oversight as this process is difficult to manage.

Many users find QuickBase to be a great interim solution project mangement tools or tracking interactions as it's easy to set up.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm overall impressed with how the software streamlines aspects of our workflow in commercial construction. Quickbase has allowed us to improve our efficiency and coordination across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing tools appear to be somewhat inconsistent. Specifically, there are areas that we would like to have as editable fields, but they are currently inaccessible for editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interface has had several updates since I've been using it, and it continously improves.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Quickbase is the simplicity and flexibility of the platform. As a user, I don't need to be a programming expert to create individual solutions. Within the first few minutes, you realize how intuitive the user interface is. It allows you to focus on ideas and results instead of wasting time on complex technical details. For a student like me, this is a real advantage: I can test ideas, quickly create prototypes and adapt to different situations without spending hours on it.

Another aspect that I find particularly important is the quality of customer service. Whenever I have had a question or a problem, the Quickbase team has responded very quickly. They respond quickly and their solutions are always accurate and appropriate. This closeness to the users really gives the impression that our experience is important.

But that's not all. What makes Quickbase even more valuable is the way the platform integrates seamlessly with other tools. Quickbase integrates easily with various software packages, simplifying project management and allowing everything to be centralized in one place. The range of features available is impressive: whether it's data management, project tracking or team collaboration, Quickbase has the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Quickbase a bit frustrating due to the complexity of admin account management, especially when transferring permissions or creations from one user to another. For example, if someone who played a key role in building the platform (administrator or developer) leaves the team or changes positions, it can be difficult to seamlessly transfer their responsibilities to another user.

The process seems a bit rigid and unintuitive, especially for users like me who are not technical experts in administration. I was expecting a simpler solution, such as a “Transfer Permissions” button, which allows you to easily transfer responsibilities without compromising your data or disrupting your app.

This is even more important in organizations where teams change regularly. A more user-friendly, automated approach can really help avoid the difficulties associated with these changes. Although this is not an insurmountable issue, it can be optimized to make the user experience smoother and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase has become a real pillar of our working methods. The platform has enabled us to simplify and centralize our workflows, completely transforming our project management, data tracking and teamwork. Previously, we had to juggle between different tools that didn't always communicate well, but Quickbase has eliminated this problem by providing us with a single, customizable solution.

I particularly appreciate the ability to create customized applications that meet our specific needs. We no longer have to make do with generic tools that only do half the job. With Quickbase, we have total control, which allows us to remain flexible and develop our solutions at the same pace as our projects.

This flexibility is not limited to customization. Because we no longer have to switch from one software package to another, Quickbase saves us precious time and reduces the risk of human error. Everything is better organized, clearer and, above all, more efficient. What's more, integration with other systems ensures that our processes are consistent, enabling us to concentrate on what really matters: our strategic objectives, not repetitive administrative tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allows our company to keep accurate and detailed records without the use of bulky spreadsheets. It also allows us to not have duplicate copies of spreadsheets. Accessible information is key.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took just a couple of times to get used to the setup. But it's easy to use now.
