Surprisingly robust
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase allowed our team to finally use one interface which improved our efficiency and enabled the reduction of various google sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Travelling between tables requires considerable scrolling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the overwhelming quantity of google sheets and reducing the manual work that comes with it.

Ease of use and how powerful the application is.

Some of the help files are out of date. It makes it difficult to research certain newer features when those features have changed

It is cutting down the time to market.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the more technical products of Quickbase such as webhooks, pipelines, and API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are the newest features as there are some items that were part of the legacy functionality that did not make it to new functionality such as printing functionality on the old forms that did not make it to the new forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us develop a robust construction project management software that delivers accurate and timely updates on the progress and completion of construction projects.
Extremely flexible cobalt
What do you like best about the product?
It is very universal. I started using it in 2016 and haven't looked back. Everything from construction management to accounting and labor hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the forms were a little more flexible in design capabilities.

They are improving automation and expanding their abilities in connecting to other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
custimization, I can build the apps exactly how I want them. All other CRM or project management apps are prepackaged and you get what you get. With QB I can build what we imagine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was underwhelmed by forms 2.0, I had great vissions for ideas when I 1st heard about them....

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating our project management information in one place. The ability to track all aspects of our work flow in an easy to follow way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike would be issues with processing time as we continue to grow our apps, build integrations, and increase users. But our enablement team is helping us get to the bottom of it by advising us on how to better build applications with processing time and growth taken into consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, Quickbase helps us complete work/projects within the expectations set by our customer. It is a vital tool that helps us remain competivie in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Quickbase for its project management capabilities, reports, Gantt charts, pipeline integration, and the ability to connect with various third-party channels in the pipeline. And AI features now avaialble to use :)
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I have with Quickbase is the absence of variable-based updates for S3 secret keys and Snowflake passwords (due to password rotation policies). Password rotation policy.
Recently, I have started using Snowflake pipeline channel and realized that the delete action is not available. it would be good if we could have that feature as well

Quickbase addresses challenges in project management, workflow management, and implementing a multi-approval system, which greatly benefits us. Citizen developers can create applications.

What do you like best about the product?
The Auto suggestion of Table/fields name is very useful, which also shows the use of AI/ML in QuickBase.
Executive Dashboard allows to present single business view for Leadership reviews, which is one of the selling point (multiple tabs and filter)
Formula summary is very handy which gives the summary value without creation of complex relationship.
Effective use of pipleine make multiple things possible in Quickbase in easy way to bring data from external sources extended its capability to multifold.

What do you dislike about the product?
I like this tool a lot as it is a quick building platform for me to offer to our clients in short time, but we can enhance below points:
1. Automatic deployment of code to multiple instances with version control automatically will save on manual deplyment .
2.Mobile UI still need improvisation.

1. Adding client value by providing training schedule and tracking application for their organization.
2. Onboarding and offboarding process : Self Service portal to track the user request for the access of different application.
3. Using it for Work allocation of different projects based on different skill sets and additionally recommending project metrics based on project types.
4. Order tracking application and Asset Management application.

Quickbase is highly effective for organizing large teams functioning as a collaborative whole.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to simplify mulitole tasks into sizable chucks, and assigned to teams to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at times. Delat in timing and support to rectify is almost non existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding tasks of employes, tracking members in an organization, task asssignments

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Customization ability, work flow is simple. Ability to intigrate and adapt to current systems. We've been able to eliminate other subscriptions and save TONS of time required to perform our weekly tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
User package prices but only because we have a potential 100+ users. (pay per user). Would love if there were more options for User pricing. This is not a real issue but if i had to list something, this would be it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to intigrate all aspects of the company (operations, billing, payroll, dispatch, shop repairs, Scheduling, etc) all into one platform. Eliminates work hours for every employee.
