What do you like best about the product?
You can makea lot of systems that can help your team succeed with any task, from trackers, to label making softwares, and everything in between. QuickBase can help you learn quickly too with the QuickBase academy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a way to send forms out to anyone, they generally have to be an account user which makes things difficult when engaging with customers right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us devolp a program management system that will be capable of automating a lot of items we have in excel right now. It will also allow for better communication.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is very easy to use and create many apps. It did not take me long to get the hang of it and now I build multiple apps for my company. I love the layout an dease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the graphs/charts are hard to use and create the way I need them to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me track HR Files, Staff, Trials, and New Employees.
Dashboards and new forms are cool

I like creating Apps, Dashboards, and New forms. I like how relationships work within Quicbase

I feel like I run into issues that i need Quickbase help for. More instruction is needed on how to. and troubleshooting.
I wish i know all the capabilities of Quickbase. I feel that I have to have a brain storming session with QB team to understand all my options.

central location of all data and processes for all provider team. and better collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
We've had access to QB for more than 10 years and we like the flexibility and scaleability of the product. We've successfully delivered small ongoing projects to large enterprise deployments using QB. We also like the ease of integration with other applications. The ability to create custom reports quickly and easily is also a big advantage to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is slow at times. The build interface is sometimes a little clunky.

This is our primary tool for managing projects.

Practical, easy to use, and the ability to create and customize.

I would like to have more options on report formating, but as they constantly are improving the features I hope to see more options soon.

What do you like best about the product?
Maintaining a clean and up to date database has allowed our firm to consistently put together valuable reports in real time for all stakeholders. All reports are customizable and the ability to automate via an API has cut down our time by up to 90%.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need more flexibility or ease of table accesses. We would love the platform to be more user friendly for non-technical employees.

Maintaining up to date information on investments and contact details.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Quickbase is customization, we can customize the application features according to our business needs. The transparency in development helps the Citizen builder to maintain the Applications hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Education guides regarding new releases and jinja code will be really helpful for the developers and new bees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase made the stakeholder portfolio management life paper free. All the communications regarding the approval are automated and monitored via pipelines.
Powerful Tool with Much Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
It really gives end users the flexibility they want in software with its no code solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface doesn't look as modern as some of the other prodcuts out there.

It is so easy to develop and to learn how to develop successfully

Sometimes the interface is not the best for design and making a user friendly interface. I've noticed that the new forms are targeting this so it is a big improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The last app I developed targeted exactly how we could keep track of the sales happening inside a customer's business. I made the app in a little more than a week.
