Excellent Low Code System to create apps and store data
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to learn and great with integrating with APIs. The sky is the limit when designing an app, i especially love how the data can be synced using connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform does through unexpected downtimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase as the source of truth when it comes to location information, Quickbase allows location details to flow from all apps and resyncs every hour. That way all departments using apps within the realm are receiving up to date information.

Kindly release the feature through which we can copy the complete schema of the table from one realm to a different domain.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive aspect of quickbase is possibly the best part about Quickbase. However, if wanted, the advanced features create a whole new dimension for efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code pages. Since I work as a Quickbase developer, I wish that the UI/IDE for QuickBase looks cleaner and is easier to edit/read code within the code pages. Often times I copy and paste code over to other editing software however, if the integration was implemented, that would help out alot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scalability of working with clients and the organization that Quickbase can provide. Since we work with many clients, there is a lot of information that needs to be inputted and saved. Quickbase is an application that keeps everything legible.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Quickbase UI is really awesome and helps bridge the gap between a logical idea and a complex software solution without the need of an experienced software developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase's reporting could use some work. I would like to see its ability to handle large data sets and complex queries improved. In some cases, I have to export to other reporting software to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ive created a application to house our Maintenance book of Business. All maintenance clients, contracts, services, budgets, are housed in our QB application for various teams to access and make decsisions off of.
Using QuickBase to track software support issues
What do you like best about the product?
Building reports and gathering necessary analytics is simple and straightforward, whether building a dashboard or looking for a quick ad hoc report.
What do you dislike about the product?
While dashboards allow more flexibility in the layout of included reports, the size of the dashboard is still limiting for the types of reports I am wanting to see on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows me to create an application for our level 2 support team to quickly and efficiently identify and track reported issues and other work while gathering all necessary information. It also meets the needs for performing analysis and reporting about the issues and work performed by the team.
Great tool for reiterative development
What do you like best about the product?
Despite being a newcomer to Quickbase, I am amazed by the immense power it possesses, particularly with its No-Coding interface. It allows me to achieve complex data integration and task management that I couldn't even comprehend using this software. After attending Empower 2023, I discovered the intriguing flexibility of the New Forms feature. I am so excited about the prospect of creating visually appealing interfaces that our users will genuinely enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sluggish performance and capacity issues are quite disappointing, considering the supposed robustness of Quickbase. It falls short of expectations in terms of performance, considering the high-performance capabilities that Quickbase should ideally possess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the workflow process and facilitates effective project management at different levels across different departments within our organization's ecosystem. It simplifies data capturing and accessing, reporting, integration, and notifications. We have been able to use a lot of automation, using API calls and pipelines. To use a customizable dashboard making accessibility specific at different levels which is one of the great tools to have with Quickbase.
Great way to move out of Excel
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to make a spreadsheet obsolete that I needed to use to house data for multiple reports that would take 4+ hours to save. I also helps to make sure that I can level and have the reports run without me so I can take time off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with navigation when I am building at times. I end up exiting two levels or more at once when I want to go just one level back unless I really think about how I get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping replace some of the functions of spreadsheets and SharePoint by combining data collection and workflow processes. It allows us to have greater transparency and not have to rely solely on one person.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase multi faceted platform allows you to build custom reporting and multiple dashboards for an array of employees to use for one main goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt much you CANT build within the platform. New development adding reports across multiple applications was a huge plus mentioned at Empower today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to track all of our data real time. We are able to communicate with our clients while providing custom solutions to fit their individual needs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Quickbase is the ability to organize and display data in a user-friendly manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting data out of quickbase in an automated fashion is something that is not easy to do with Quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows us to store tens of thousands of records from another database. We can organize and display these records neatly. Most importantly we are actually able to edit these records and create logs to capture the changes.
