Quickbase – A Flexible and Efficient Tool for Workflow Management

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Quickbase is how easy it is to build and customize applications without needing heavy technical knowledge. In my day-to-day work, I use it to manage workflows, track data and generate reports and it has significantly improved our process efficiency.

The platform is very flexible, so we can quickly adapt it based on changing business requirements. I also find the integration capabilities quite helpful - we have integrated it with other systems like Sage Intacct and the data flow has been smooth and reliable.

Another big advantage is the user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for our team to adopt and use regularly without much training. Additionally, their customer support has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Overall, it has become an essential tool for streamlining our operations and improving visibility across processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Quickbase is very flexible, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the interface can feel a bit less intuitive when working on more complex customizations, especially for new users without prior experience.

Additionally, some advanced features and integrations require a learning curve or additional configuration, which can take time to fully understand. Reporting capabilities are strong, but there is still room for improvement in terms of more advanced visualization and customization options.

Lastly, the pricing can feel a bit on the higher side as usage scales, especially for growing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps us solve the challenge of managing multiple processes and data sources in a centralized and structured way. Before using it, a lot of our work was handled through spreadsheets and manual tracking, which made it difficult to maintain accuracy and real-time visibility.

With Quickbase, we have been able to automate workflows, standardize data management and create real-time dashboards for better decision-making. This has significantly reduced manual effort and errors in our day-to-day operations.

In my role, I regularly use Quickbase to track data, manage workflows, and generate reports, which has improved efficiency and saved a considerable amount of time. It also helps in improving collaboration across teams, as everyone has access to updated and reliable information in one place.

Overall, it has made our processes more streamlined, transparent, and scalable, which is a big benefit for our organization.

Quickbase Centralizes Project Data with Flexible Dashboards and Native Automation

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a tool that allows us to centralize and manage a lot of our project data in one place. One of the things I appreciate is how it captures all the data we need for our projects, like overviews, current activities, requirements, scorecards, risks, and more. It’s flexible enough that we’ve been able to create dashboards and forms that fit our needs, even though we’ve had to manipulate them a bit to make them more presentation-ready. I also like that Quickbase has native tools for document generation and email functionality, which we’ve been using to streamline some of our processes. The ability to integrate with other tools and potentially consolidate everything into one platform is a big draw for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited charts at the moment for data analysis, but I am sure the Quickbase team are working on additional ones in the future. More output capabilities for the data and dashboards especially in a PowerPoint format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Quickbase, we struggled with scattered data and manual processes that made it hard to manage projects efficiently. For example, we had to create PowerPoint slides separately, upload them into Quickbase, and then link them back to dashboards. This was time-consuming and created duplicate efforts. Reporting was another challenge because getting dashboards into a shareable format like PDFs was clunky and left a lot of blank spaces. With Quickbase, we’ve been able to centralize much of our project management data and create dashboards that give us a clearer view of project statuses. We’ve also used its document generation tools to create forms and reports that look more polished and are easier to share. While there’s still room for improvement, like better native support for PowerPoint or more seamless Gantt chart printing, Quickbase has helped us reduce some of the manual work and inefficiencies we faced before. It’s also opened up possibilities for integrating more of our processes into one platform, which is something we’re actively exploring.

Versatile Hub with Customizable Architecture

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Quickbase to connect people, data, and processes; it serves as our central hub for managing a global real estate portfolio. I appreciate the ability to control our own architecture. We've built an architecture tailored to our organizational hierarchy, pain points, processes, teams, and vendors. Despite the complexity of our requirements, the initial setup of Quickbase was completed in a fraction of the time it would take with competitor software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards cannot compete with Power BI currently, causing us to build many dashboards in Power BI with purely Quickbase data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to connect people, data, and processes, managing our global real estate portfolio within a central hub. It solves business silos, leasing, financial, and sustainability risks, compliance, changes, and complex requirements, allowing us to tailor our architecture to our organization's needs.

This ensures we never leave any orders waiting. I also appreciate how it keeps track of order history, allowing us to sort the orders by project and see the totals for each part ordered. This feature helps us keep track of what projects have ordered and allows us to plan inventory better.

User-Friendly Interface with Excessive Notifications

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Quickbase has a user interface that's pretty simple to navigate. I also like how the webpages are organized, making it easy to review order details. It's great that I can easily see the reports, whether they're waiting for approval or need warehouse tracking and shipping information. Plus, I can quickly access details about who placed the order, when, and how much each item is worth. Setting up Quickbase was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the amount of email notifications for reports. I wish there were less, maybe just two: one for the front half of the week and another for the back half of the week to track ordering and shipping statuses. I would like to receive less material release email reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase for ordering parts, reviewing orders, and arranging shipping. The interface is simple, making it easy to navigate and review order details.
