What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create an efficient platform to enter data into that is customized to your exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an extremely large data store and haven't found an efficient native tool to export or back up our full data set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided a single platform for project management, asset management, time management and software management. I utilize multiple apps that I have created in Quickbase to handle the fore mentioned areas for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
What do I like the best about Quickbase? Is it easy to use I love how you will log in and connect to your work easily! This is the worker-friendly application that I consider, among others!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Quickbase is that when all of the people are using, it might take longer to open and might crash sometimes but that's okay because no one is perfect, we just need to figure out how to work simultaneously without crashing the Quickbase....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problems does Quickbose solve? It's the issues in our workplace like finding what were working and realizing that Quickbase helps us find it all the time, It helps me boost my performance and be fast in working!

Loading time when users do log-in/out at the same time

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to run custom reports to be able to effectively manage multiple sites across the agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
When grid editing appointments, it only allows me to edit a few lines at a time, I would like to be able to edit more lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase to manage our clients appointments. We just updated our system to be more client focused than appointment focused, so the hope is that the new system will be an effective tool in being able to track clients over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to run highly specific reports choosing the most relevant data and variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
The distinction between tables and lists is not easy to the untrained eye.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to run reports and create user-specific documents using the data and parameters I have determined.

Easy to automate business flow with no code

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase applications can be built within a short period with no code/low code. It is a great tool for keeping track of many moving parts. Quickbase allows to share and update data among groups of people in an organized way. Forms, Reports, Roles, Dashboards, Notifications etc., will add a great advantage to automate the process and Pipelines provide the flexibility to integrate with many systems will be an added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance may be a little low when dealing with high data. The user interface may not be as expected, as it's a SAAS platform and may have some limitations while building. File storage space is minimal. User interfaces created using code pages may not work effectively in terms of performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is a cloud platform allowing multiple users to manipulate the data simultaneously. Many business use cases can be automated within a short span of time. Projects in excel can be easily automated with great performance in QuickBase. QuickBase provides various functionalities like Reports generation, Notifications, Forms, Data Manipulation using Formula fields and, pipelines etc., in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop applications, even for people with minimal coding knowledge. The Customer Care team is outstanding, and information regarding the tool is available through webinars, help and a knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less interactive user interface and is not suitable for massive data. There are a few limitations in Quickbase barriers to trying to streamline our project managment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do automation which can save time. Instantly we can update the application in response to shifting business needs. Email notifications helps to remind the user

What do you like best about the product?
Custom reports and formulas to compute new fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI, the layout is not the most attractive. Could be neater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining large leads and clients contacts and activity threads. Very easy to access and organise.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easily create new fields and formulas to store or assess more ops data
- Build internal forms that employees use to operate within systems and process
- Extremely user friendly - as long as YOU don't overcomplicate it
What do you dislike about the product?
- Tables quickly become too complex when a single table is used end to end (for example, across many departments)
- Advertised as low/no-code, but a little coding goes a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Generating project schedules based on multiple parameters/variables
- Pipelining data into other tools (Asana, 365, Zapier, etc.)
- Storing and manipulating all ops data

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like the most is you can access your coaching logs, also you can create tickets if you have any problems with your pc
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that every time you will punch in or punch out, and you need to refresh the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From now on, I don't see any problem with QuickBase
