Quickbase is super user-friendly and has great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super user-friendly - even someone without a tech background can build out an app that's customized to their needs. Also, the customer support is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
We were a little disappointed with the pricing increase that we saw in this past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase serves as our client database, so it tracks all of our client data and encounters. It helps us better serve clients and track our workflow.
Quickbase is a great tool that's becoming more and more ingrained with our business.
What do you like best about the product?
Programming specific fields and pages to do exactly what we need them to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the restrictions with rich text like not being able to use certain HTML tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've developed a few different apps that allow us to scan and track progress of work within our factory.
Very Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Quickbase is that all the features, like checking attendance, checking the dashboard, adding gameplans, sending reports etc., are all in place and can easily be accessed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Quickbase is that when many users use Quickbase at the same time, it tends to get slower and takes time to load from 1 page to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is solving the issue of capacity, Before, it was prolonged when many users were using Quickbase, but now we can see the improvement every time there is an update.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to build new fields, reports, dashboards, and forms that allow users to keep track of their projects and help ensure proper users have access to only what's relevant to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The relatively recent inability to utilize JavaScript within formula URL buttons for a more guided experience was a significant setback for us since you are now required to build custom code pages to handle the same process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have all pertinent projects easily accessible to each respective group, avoiding the need to have a single Excel spreadsheet to attempt to track and monitor upcoming and completed projects. We previously had a MOAS (mother of all spreadsheets) that relied on people checking it in and out, which proved to be an issue between the multiple shifts. It was not uncommon to have the file locked because someone from the dayshift forgot to close it before leaving for the day, causing all nightshift employees to be locked out. With QuickBase, users can access all current projects simultaneously, improving productivity and relieving the headaches of a single spreadsheet being used among the entire business unit.
Useful for keeping student data as career advisor
What do you like best about the product?
I use Quickbase as a higher ed career advisor as a tool to keep a history of student job acceptance data for reporting cumulative data for rankings, marketing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings are not intuitive when I try to customize the columns in my Records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that it's a safe way to store and organize confidential student information.
Friendly user
What do you like best about the product?
The application is friendly user and very easy to navigate. It helps us on log in and log out, track our daily game plan, end of shift report, coaching sessions, leave request, and etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs a lot of improvement because the application has a small capacity to carry a large amount of users causing it to load slowly. We cannot logs out on time, and it will always take us 10 to 20 mins to load it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solves the daily log in and out of every agents. The managers also can easily track their daily gameplans, coaching sessions, leaves, create a ticket , and end of shift reports in one application only.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me easily monitor my team's performance. It centralizes all the data in just a few clicks. It helps me have an easier time making reports. This app gives me endless possibilities when making or adding new processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of unnecessary and redundant tabs. This is also why it takes a lot of time to load and encounters many errors, especially when a lot of users are using it all at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase made a new tab where all employees can easily access Timeclock buttons.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate hours in and time out. All necessary needed are visible on the home page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too slow when it comes to logging out. Delayed response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that they need to solve the delaye of logging out into Quick Base to avoid frustration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access critical data to serve my customer on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is not that user-friendly. I definitely need to be well acclimated to the site before finding what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps be solve misunderstandings customers may have about their transaction, details about when and how much was charged may be questioned.
Streamline and Fully Customize all processes in one place
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the help when you can't figure it out
What do you dislike about the product?
Understandably adaptation is important but critical features we like have been changed and some done away with is the biggest dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for our quoting jobs, creating new jobs, tracking jobs, scheduling crews, inventory and purchase orders, just about everything.
