Flexible to develop
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to develop applications, even for people with minimal coding knowledge. The Customer Care team is outstanding, and information regarding the tool is available through webinars, help and a knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less interactive user interface and is not suitable for massive data. There are a few limitations in Quickbase barriers to trying to streamline our project managment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do automation which can save time. Instantly we can update the application in response to shifting business needs. Email notifications helps to remind the user

Custom reports and formulas to compute new fields.

UI, the layout is not the most attractive. Could be neater.

Maintaining large leads and clients contacts and activity threads. Very easy to access and organise.
Not our end-to-end solution, but a fantastic ops hub.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Tables quickly become too complex when a single table is used end to end (for example, across many departments)
- Advertised as low/no-code, but a little coding goes a long way.

- Generating project schedules based on multiple parameters/variables
- Pipelining data into other tools (Asana, 365, Zapier, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I like the most is you can access your coaching logs, also you can create tickets if you have any problems with your pc
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that every time you will punch in or punch out, and you need to refresh the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From now on, I don't see any problem with QuickBase

Easy for Businesses to develop Custom software solutions using Low code. Easy to understand and create applications that satisfy business requirements with low cost and in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not suitable to handle large datasets. Deployment from the test environment to the production environment is kind of rework and time-consuming. UI needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps to develop custom software solutions faster and cheaper. Anyone with less coding knowledge also can develop applications in Quickbase. Automation and integration got easier in Quickbase. Can be used in mobile using Quickbase native mobile feature.
Great for keeping track of projects and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The option to update all projects concurrently is very helpful. It makes it easy to input any progress made across multiple projects quickly. And when there are dozens of projects to keep track of, this feature saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if Quickbase added a function to copy projects. I often deal with projects that are very similar in nature, and this feature would be helpful. Also, the option to modify an update once it has been added to a project would be beneficial, as I am prone to making typos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use Quickbase to keep track of projects in a way that my superiors can easily review. Otherwise, I would be forced to submit my updates, etc., separately, which would add to my workload.
FANTASTIC program. SOME CODING IS NECESSARY FOR ADVANCED FUNCTIONS.

No accurate instructions for the average user

I enjoy quickbase and it is easy to navigate. Very user frindly.

The fact that it is pretty easy to get around and everything is organized where you would need it.

I had difficulties with my log in for a little bit, but once I got past that, there was nothing that I disliked.

It has helped me organize my files a little better than I have been. Also is shows me the tasks I need to complete and the deadlines as well.
Very great database and great way to keep information organized in the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I currently do not have any negative experience. There is some information that could be missing but that can be a solution that the company have to resolve and not quick base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is solving all ocmunication issues. I realized that being able to ave access to all information is beneficial. I do see an increase in organization in the company.
Good performance, easy to setup, but hard to match business grow

Easy to set up. Easy to connect to other SAAS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to maintain when the business grows with a 500M limitation.
Community feedback was not handled well. e.g., the "New App" button was there forever. The pipeline was bonded with an account.

Quickbase helped to provide some performance analysis to help fix the performance issue.
