A lot of power if you’re willing to put in some time
What do you like best about the product?
Quick base makes it easy to create relational database tables. The UI is very straight forward. Custom reports based on table data are just a few clicks and it's dead simple to share the reports with other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the more advanced settings and report options are tucked away several menus deep. While it is easy to create reports, sometimes you have to fiddle with the options for a while to get the results you really want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Quickbase as a customer information tool. Our firm manages around 200 websites spread across around 175 customers. Keeping track of current and past customer domain information, analytics logins, and CMS credentials was all done through Quickbase.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely consider Quickbase if you need a quick and easy no-code way to create relational databases.

Quickbase for business solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for the systems to integrate with each other. That you can you multiple applications that communicate and sync well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For visually aesthetic purposes, the user interface could use some more modernatization. It is an advanced system but it appears to be outdated visually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is definitely some lagging in report generations and sometimes going from user to user Quickbase can create an error and cause you to start over. The benefits truly are the integration and ability to create systems.
Powerful app dev platform for database driven apps
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is built for relational database-driven apps. For those of you old enough to remember the 1980's and the way dBase revolutionized the PC application development space -- this is kinda the web and mobile equivalent without the need to write code.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. You need to have a significant number of paid monthly subscribers for it to be cost-effective. $25/mo. x 20 users for $500/mo is the entry point.
2. They can do more feature-rich stuff with the data elements. Not sure why a radio button option is not included since it seems pretty common.
3. The apps are data table centric. Which is ok, but I would prefer a 'home' page for the app that was more of an app interface than a series of data table-driven menus. It should have functional 'actions' in addition to all the data-related features

Developing an application for customers as a SaaS model. Building an MVP first, so we haven't launched yet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is no one-way to leverage Quickbase so it depends on your goals.
The number of manual processes is reduced thanks to Quick Base
What do you like best about the product?
It is ideal for automating tasks related to the creation of applications. We can customize the applications depending on the strategy to be implemented and the creation of reports is a simple task with Quick base, this last function can be shared in real time. You have the option to create tasks and sub-tasks, create spreadsheets, track percentage of progress and make use of the Gantt Chart. The program helps to identify the projects most likely to be successful so you can spend more time on them for better performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Quick Base. Compared to other application creation programs, the Quick Base service has a limited cost for small companies. There are tools that are needed within the database management, for example a performance analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most workflows have been automated with Quick Base and manual tasks have already been reduced on a large scale. Performing project management in the Cloud has become one of the easiest tasks in the business. The fact that the program has a wide variety of integrations gives us more room to share our files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The program is very good and optimizes the performance of our team, but accessing functions is a long process, there are many functions that require confirmation repeatedly, the next update of Quick Base can make it more intuitive and achieve shorter work time
Quick Base Secure cloud and protected files. !!!
What do you like best about the product?
This software is the best for managing projects in the cloud. It allows you to quickly turn ideas into custom applications so they can be more efficient, informed and productive. You can automate workflows and generate fast, flexible and unlimited reports to carry out projects. This speeds up development, planning and meetings. The tools and functions are easy to use and the interface is clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
our experience has been satisfactory, we have not presented problems, or any inconvenience, however they should improve the automated workflow so that it is more complete, this would provide the user with an optimal and exponential performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have developed multiple custom applications that help carry out a wide range of administrative management in our business processes. This has allowed our work teams to find themselves performing tasks in multiple lines of business. We carry out a fluid work thanks to the fact that we eliminate the need to pass several versions of spreadsheets and allow us to have alert notifications in real time. We must emphasize that the customer service is very good, they are responsible and are willing to help and solve any problem so that we can have a high performance of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
we recommend it as it is very useful for most companies that use spreadsheets or need some type of common system to access data and reports. It is also excellent for project management, product delivery time, for product production among others. It is easy to handle, it does not have a large learning curve, it has optimal tools and functions to simplify work under an automated system that provides time savings and work fluency.
Awesome Program
What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows our company to stay organized and mainstream information. The ability to create metrics through the ability of creating our own reports has greatly impacted our performance as a company. We are able to design our platform exactly how we want it and maintain organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be appreciated if there is more Quickbase support or tutorials through the program. As it is not always the most user friendly program for the size of company we are. It would be a good idea for QB to provide companies with a personal or training. Other than it not being as user friendly as we would like it is a great program that keeps us organized as a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have come across issues with our own APP syncing with QB. Other than that QB is a great program that we will continue to use.
Customizable platform for data entry and storage
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase has the option to build complex relationships between apps within the database and is easily integrated with other systems. It’s easily customizable with logic based fields. Data can be sorted, exported, imported, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase apps can look intimidating to some users due to the ability to have essentially unlimited data fields. It’s important to have well organized apps to prevent overwhelming users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used QuickBase to build event registration pages, track attendance, maintain confidential information, and organize applications imported from other web apps.
