Pipelines in Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline is very helpful. We can integrate Quickbase with lot of third party Platforms and we can perform multiple actions in a single pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pipeline is craeted by one user is not visible to other. Although it is possible by service accouny. But i feel it should be visible to other admins as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is low code platform so we are automating lot of thing like multi level approval, auto allocation with minimum coding and license cost is comparativelt less as comapred to other low code platforms.
Easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and modifying many reports so easily and quickly is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is not intuitive or easily navigated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project details, status, and delays are easily tracked in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a user friendly software that when you have a spreadsheet, you can easily make it into an app that you can utilize anywhere instead of Excel. More recently Fastfield mobile app joined Quickbase, so together, its use cases are innumerable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing comes to mind right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracker for incidents, claims, and legal cases and accounts receivables. Other use cases soon will include training, quality control, property inspections, etc.

QuickBase is so easy to create new business processes, allowing us to track progress on jobs with additional value-added data points as we see fit

Unable to link to my CRM. This is more of an "us" issue than a QuickBase issue

Ability to see exactly at what stage all our projects are at any moment. Also allows us to manage workloads in departments and pushes tasks seamlessly between departments.

Some high-level integrations require some learning curve and need more involvement of a technical person. That needs an understanding of APIs and web services. These integrations are not impossible but rather tricky.

Quickbase cathches accurate time upon login. Accurate at saving details and work notes so we can locate what we need when needed. Recommended to use anytime....

There are some minimal glitches upon using the app, the good thing is they could be fixed easily. Quickbase is an app that is recommended to new users..........

Quickbase helps us save a lot of time. We can save notes and keep all the information in one place. It was super easy to use, like me, who always lose my notes. A useful app for newbies and starting businesses.

I love using Quick based because it is reliable and convenient to use, especially when you are filing a leave here, it was straightforward. Very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike this because every option it has is so helpful. I will recommend this to other companies. I want to thank the creator of this system it was great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I filed my paternity leave, it was easy to point here, and you'll see immediately if your file is approved or not, it was a good system that can help a lot.
MY REVIEW TO QUICKBASE
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like about Quickbase is that it is accessible to Log in and easy to understand the logins time to enter. Easy to create Request Leave. Easy to read all the coaching logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
On seeing your logins, other dates of that month are not yet totally accessible. If you wanted to backdate other dates of your login, you could not see it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like if you want to coach your team about their performance, you have an option to QuickBase to communicate about that matter. Easier to acknowledge things. Easy to request disputes.
