Loving Quickbase
What do you like best about the product?
QB allows us to present massive data in an organized way in an easy way to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to search multiple times to figure out how to do things within the database because I don't always understand the answers I come across online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase consolidates the massive data within our company.

Deep but manageable service for creating custom applications
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase's offerings can be utilized to create applications from simple to exceptionally complex. The "no code" design allows for users inexperienced in application development to create impressive results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the expansive tutorials and learning materials provided, it can be very difficult for some users to work with the platform. While programming experience is not required, building applications may be extremely challenging for those who are not familiar with programming principles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase can be used to create custom applications to fulfill needs that may not be feasible (or available) to purchase a contract or license for individually.
Better than Filemaker!

Can do a lot without needing a programmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Makes it easy to do things without realizing the level of commitment you've created.

Administrative tracking, recording, routing and communicating.

Quickbase Review from New User Perspective
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is pretty. The team provides lots of training and support to help users get unstuck and understand the intracacies of the platform. I was able to learn and stand up a very basic app independently withing my first 2 weeks of using the app. I am in QB every day I'm at work and can typically stand up a new upgrade or solution within a few minutes when it's straight forward. Our account manager is easy to contact and very willing to help expand our instance with features and integrations to our proprietary systems. I love that it can be so pretty that people don't realize when they're filling out a form that it's actually creatign a record in this huge web of related data and it's easy to make sure an end user doesn't have the permissions to get in and see or edit anything they shouldn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I run into funky permissions/ default setting that will cause an automation to fail and it becomes a bit of a hunt to figure out what is causing the error, especially as a new user (4 months). Most of my users do not fully understand that it is a very pretty relational database with tons of added functionality so I find myself auditing and correcting thier sloppy data entry because they aren't considering the impact those mistakes have on the data as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is helping my team take in information about potential partners, track the recruitment process, and acts as a container for all the required documentation both for specific partners as well as for the entire recruitment process. It helps streamline the work and keep everything in one spot so we look to it as our source of truth.
QB AI looks amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and versatility of QuickBase! I am new to QB and am enjoying learning the ins and outs and what it can do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a an option to revert or view previous versions of pages/tables/requests in quickbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is consoladating information.
AI on the rise
What do you like best about the product?
The work flow is incredible. I love how you can utilize the ap and se all your information on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
A tad bit dificult setting us shortcuts and custominzing reports.

Its makes my day easier and workflow managable.
QuickBase Saves So Much Time
What do you like best about the product?
I love how much time QuickBase saves me and forces our SOPs across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zapier integration is super limited!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing our gray work and helping have instant live reporting.
Revolutionary change for our enterprise environment
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has allowed us to take 7 conflicting excel sheets and transform them into a quick and lean relational database that allows any data updated to get updated immediately for everyone working on a particular project
What do you dislike about the product?
At times error codes, especially with pipelines and formulas, can be less than helpful in finding the issue and resolving it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had multiple excel spreadsheets that were updated by different employees at different intervals, leading to conflicting information and little to no way to track history. This system allowed us to replace that with a centralized database and assigning system that has sped up our workflows tremendously
It is the best database website.
What do you like best about the product?
I can customize how I need our app to look depending on what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand coding, so it does take me a long time to figure out how to do what I need to do when it comes to adding certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always get a quick response whenever I need my problems adressed from Quickbase. I can keep all of our data in one place instead of having that information everywhere. Ease of access to all of the information that I need.
