Great tool that is constantly changing with the times.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which we can create our own reports is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while creating reports the relationships on how items are pulled can confuse you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having a lot of issues at the moment
Highly Customizable/Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we've been able to customize the Quickbase platform to meet our unique company needs and that their team has been available to help us for the more complicated customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can be a bit cumbersome at times, it's not always easy to jump around from one table to the next and it can feel like your clicking around a lot to get to the information you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Qiuckbase we didn't have a comprehensive database for all of our client information and were managing sales, contracts, project managment, etc in different tools or spreadsheets. Quickbase has allowed us to store all of that information in one platform and allows all users access to historic client data.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, lots of functions that allow us to track all our data. Customer support is easy to reach and helpful. I use it daily at work and rarely encounter issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit easier to add new fields, for even a rookie, non-IT user to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes all our projects in one place, easy to find data for all our projects and see where they stand.
Old quickbase great!! New quickbase SUCKS!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the old quickbase. Easy to use. Was able to input everything with no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new quickbase is not very user friendly. I do not like all the tabs on the side. You aren't able to easily filter results. My and my boss had some troubles trying to filter some results last week. We eventually gave up and did it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep all our checks in the kitchen, as well as packaging in one place. Multiple people are able to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
All my site visit reports are saved in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant seem to edit the amount of entries (e.g. amount of observation ponits), might just be that Im unfamilar with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A platform to record and share site visit reports across multiple members of a construction project.
Easy to understand UI and great tool for CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-understand interface with many data integration techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of good documentation in building out functions leads to lot of guess-and-check and takes way longer than it needs to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us a CRM tool for all our analysts conducting Collections calls to our users.

What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase is a remarkably flexible platform that allows us to fine tune every stystem and process to meet our specific needs. The ease of development in QuickBase allows us to meet our comapnies ever evolving needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when I have complex issues that I need help with the support team does not provide the most comprehensive support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase serves as a single source of truth for each of our teams ensuring that everyone is on the same page as projects move from department to department.
Useful and Powerful Database
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve for Quickbase is not that steep.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is almost too powerful, with too many capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps me sort my database and create appropriate documents base on criteria.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create reports and enter data off of custom forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formula writing is very different from excel formula writing and it can be a challenge to convert field boxes and data to the proper format to ensure the formula is accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Data and Events
A great product that can be a bit intimidating
What do you like best about the product?
It's mostly very reliable, quick to update, and being able to build cutom reports saves us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scope of the tool leads to an intimidating amount of complexity when building anything new. The way QB structures data is completely different from another other tool I use, so it's really challenging to wrap my head around how things need to be arranged to make useful end products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us coordinate work across our time, tracking time and progress, and then use the data to generate reports on productivity and for billing purposes. It's a great all-purpose tool.
