Super easy tool to create ticketing system in few hours

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is easy, straight forward and doesn't need special education or skills to start creating your custom system. You can create very useful reporting and also visualise it inside the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive compared to other tools (e.g. SharePoint). There is lack of direct communication between quickbase and PowerBI/Excel/Other visualization tools. Limited functionality compared to SharePoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy and fast development of new custom internal ticketing systems. My team managed to prepare first draft of the tool in two hours and we had a working solution in less than a day

I dont see anything as such, i like the QB
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need not notify the stakeholders of the updates, the users who has access can view on rea time and also multiple users can update on same time with out limitations

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy enough to configure a simple database and works well if using completely online.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app lacks true offline capability, it is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our employees to submit receipts and reimbursements in one place. Less excuses for paperwork not being done.

What do you like best about the product?
As a beginner app developer, I have found it relatively intuitive and have never felt restricted with which functionalities I wanted to add to the database. I especially find useful the ability to generate different report views for different users. I also enjoy the helpful material made available to the quickbase community
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequential numbering is really often used but has to be coded in different ways to produce the format desired. You should be able to set it up more easily and not need to have coding capabilities to do this simple task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifies capital project management.

What do you like best about the product?
The technology of the platform (rapid development/deployment, Pipelines, notifications, integration of custom programming) make it second to none in service of a wide variety of industries and applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer experience with the sales department at Quickbase has generally been poor. It often takes a long time to hear back from folks, my clients have been shuffled numerous times between Account Managers, and communication is not appropriately handed off to the new people. Also, the pricing structure is incredibly harsh and unworkable for small businesses. I'd have brought twice as many companies to the platform were it not for user minimums and drastic price increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've helped companies utilize Quickbase for solutions in Project Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, bespoke Customer Relationship Management and advanced Engineering Analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, it's always fast and responsive. I like how you can create specific reports for analysis and can setup automatic emails from these reports for easier viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it bugs out, and our automation stops working. Have to get our QuickBase expert to look in the back end to figure out what went wrong. Most times, it is because the pipeline stops working. Very annoying to have to deal with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It covers our whole supply chain and logistics flow. It helps create POs, BOLs, and inventory reporting. Along with tracking our shipping numbers and other key factors.

Extremely Customizable

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is very easy to use, and I love its user-friendliness. In my company, we have users that need to perform various roles and do different tasks in Quickbase, and since switching to Quickbase, they can complete their jobs much more efficiently. I love that it is highly customizable, and allows someone to build out the app even without any coding or database backgrounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to create more complicated apps, automations, or forms, I typically need to rely on a third party company to help us build out the logic. As I do not have a coding background, sometimes I have difficulty doing those more complicated builds on my own. However, Quickbase does have an extensive library of information online, as well as a community where I can ask questions, which I do find extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase solves the problem of having to keep track of different pieces of information and allows us to integrate it all into one place easily. Rather than tracking our customer database in one spot, our product forecasts elsewhere, and our point-of-sale information in a third, Quickbase can link all that data into one area.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about QuickBase is the ability to create efficient workflows, dynamic reports, & an organized source of truth. I love that I can access it anywhere, anytime, & that it is reliable & secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike most about QuickBase is its cost. There are no affordable options for small businesses, which makes me unable to recommend it to most of the people I know that could benefit the most from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase organizes our data & provides us a platform to create workflows & gain insights in the direction of our business. It allows us the flexibility we need to become more & more efficient.

An amazing service that just keeps getting more expensive without alternatives for small business

What do you like best about the product?
This product is well-designed and works exactly as described. The features have evolved but generally have been the same interface since I began using it in 2015.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is absolutely asinine! They are making me switch to another competitor because the price is so exaggerated from what you receive. There needs to be a "toned down" version that doesn't require 10 users. Very disappointed in the direction this company has gone. I had hopes this would end eventually but these people are money hungry!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based databasing tool - allows me to know my data will never go "missing" or disappear and establishes a standard for tracking our customer records.
