Rough start, but great finish.
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase software is extremely powerful and versatile. It is adaptable to many applications and able to be added on to or altered by ordinary users with a little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their development model was pretty rough at first. I was paired with a developer that I really didn’t work well with.
During the last couple months of my contract negotiations was paired with a fantastic team though and they have been knocking it out of the park.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once developed, it will be digitizing and streamlining our field to invoice process. However, it is taking a very long time.
Great AI Capability
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are implementing AI into their software as I feel it can offer a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see some more documentation of some of the more intricate features

Allows us to spin up applications for clients very quickly without a lot of staff downtime

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and the rapid application capabilities are a plus. I appreciate the intuitive design and support that is provided by the QuickBase team. They are super responsive and helpful when resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be an improvement on file attachments and some occasional performance issues when a large dataset is used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of slow and complex development.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
That my company can share database information in real time while working in different parts of the country. Also love the lock and key aspect of fields and tables, we implement that when sharing Quickbase access to our customers. This has been a game changer for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it cost a little less per month to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing a database while working in different locations without the clunky open/save or confusing SQL operating found in MS Access.
Pipeline Review for Pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate/use. The endless options and features the come with quickbase. Making the work easier and more efficent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding pipelines without the ability to use real time or today as a options for pipelines, have to createa run around. Also using new quickbase formula rules not compatible on mobile version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our daily use easier and data collection and reporting faster and easier.
Great Project Management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is scalable and can accomodate multi-user access from internal to external stakeholders. It can generate custom reports with real-time updates. It can easily be implemented by any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of downside except that I wish Fastfield was intergrated as part our Organization's subscription
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team collaborate in real-time. It allows vendors and customers to collaboratively use the application and track projects, use it as a data repository.

I enjoy the customizability and ease of use. I use it every day and it does feel like a very easy workflow

I don't like that sometimes the search function is glitchy

Quickbase has made it easy to manage my time off and other employee HR needs.

It elimates the need to enter data in muliple spreadsheets, we are able to export the data that differnet
Necessary for Small Businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great business tool for keeping up with employees day to day tasks and activities. We use it to keep track of sales and track any feedback that can help better our relationship with our customers. Management reads the activity details daily. Very useful tool to also keep track of all customers and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The changes to the website were confusing for the team at first. It got some trial and error to figure out where things were before. Easy to use website though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of having accessibility to everyone's progress in one website where management can go in and review details of a certain task and find any information they need quickly.
Excellent, low-code option for collecting and reporting on data
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase makes our processes and data workflows seamless - with its low-code format and straightforward interface, we are able to start collecting and reporting on data quickly and efficiently. We use QuickBase for a variety of business processes related to maintenance, asset protection & corporate security, and workplace safety - we use it as a backend for several third party applications, and supplement data collection with its easy-to-use forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is not always intuitive, and while there are plenty of trainings, they are not always available in the most current version of the software. Constant site improvements are amazing, but make keeping the trainings up to date more difficult. Recent updates to Pipelines have been buggy and resulted in outages that, while infrequent, are frustrating nevertheless.
