Best and fastest way to improve business processes
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a flexible platform. CRMs, asset management systems, learning management systems and contract management can be built with Quickbase.
Quickbase enables business people without technical skills to create custom forms, reports, emails and dashboards. The platform is easy to use, powerful and adaptable - making it an ideal addition to any tech stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
Within Quickbase, it's hard to create a separate place to design, develop and test complex sets of changes to an app.
Also, the mobile user interface is mediocre.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase allows my organization rapidly develop and deploy applications. The platform is flexible enough to meet a wide range of needs in my organization and allows highly customizable security controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase offers extensive customization options, and complex customizations often require advanced technical knowledge or assistance from hired external service providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses the platform to track employee records and manage workflows involving internal and external users. We also use it to allocate and track physical assets.

Create flows, strong BI, makes the days easier on the inter-communication

Quickbase is a flexible solution that can be adapted to a variety of situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is clunky and requires a lot of clicks to get simple things done. It has a very particular, and often non-user friendly, workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows for adding comments to metrics to determine root causes for events.
Good Product - Poor Admin Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility the product offers allows nearly infinite possibilities for solutions to meet your needs. The feature set is rich and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration is painful for managing roles and user permissions. In some cases similar and related settings are distributed in various locations. It is not simple to remember how to configure users and groups if you are trying to do it occassionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for management of project tasks and assets. It helps us track manufacturing and customer deliveries as well as what inventory we have in the field.

We can track people, products and time information and create the automated report with drill-down capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we can't download all the reports in the Excel version.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is fairly easy to learn not having a building back ground of C plus etc
Once it is built it works fairly seemless and not many problems with them ever being down. I am a heavy user and builder and I am on all the time - running reports, I had no experience when I first started building and the tech support was great at that time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tech support has declined over the years - we have been a client for 13 years and the last 3-4 years it has slowly declined - we have had more account executives - its like a revolving circle. I don't think today you would be able to build an app with this tech support - it is out of their scope - you would need to hire a builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are responsive with reaching out quickly - the sytem is automated - i use the email as I am in Mexico

That is easy to use and intuitive. Anyone can start using it without reading a manual or guide
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is finicky and you have to save in order to continue. I would prefer if the application would automatically update instead if requiring you to save pages in order to show more settings.
