What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly tool and a the Project Managers live by it
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit high per user but we make it work

What do you like best about the product?
Doesn't require a lot of software development experince or knowledge.
Very flexible.
Great for rapid development of solutions.
Great integration options but only for enterprise-level accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes need to find workarounds for platform limitations.
Expensive, especially for small teams or solo projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good for developing small applications where budget doesn't allow custom build or dedicated software development resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick base has the most simplified plug and play automation system i have used. The helpful insights built into the platform is a step above the rest. Everything i needed assistance on a form rules, formula, or how to effectively smooth out a tough issue, the support staff was very insightful. What I enjoyed most. If there was an issue that was tough to find an answer for, the technical assistant would honestly say I don't know and would get back to me with an answer. That kind of honesty, you don't find in many places. I appreciated that greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing tjat i didnt enjoy, I enjoyed using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me to automated years of Excel spreadsheet data for a large pharmaceutical company.

I love Quickbase!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can get information on our Slot machines whenever I need it. We can also customize our program to fit our needs. The time and money we have saved since we started using Quickbase pays for itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least favorable part of using Quickbase is training an employee to initially program what you need Quickbase to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Quickbase as an Inventory progam and data base for tracking Machine maintenance and repairs.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase has allowed our team to access and update important information about our current clients, past work, and marketing and sales activity and to develop custom features that meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it is probably underutilized because of not researching and utilizing more features. I'd like to see more proactive communication about features that could be explored for use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we moved to working remotely in 2020 and decided not to return to an office, having Quickbase already in place allows us to have information in formats that are beneficial to our team and easily accessible from any location.

Awesome Tool for Work

What do you like best about the product?
I like how adaptable it is to almost any situation that arises. Awesome for making reports, calculating data, what you can do with this tool always amazes me. It is very wasy to use and if I do not understand something the customer support is very helpful. I took many classes that they offer online and made me comfortable bringing it to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are it is taking time for me to learn how to fully use the pipelines and coding aspects, as well as doing things with API's. I am not very experinced in this and am trying to learn it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep track of a lot of medical data such as peoples names, address, doctors, financials, payables, devices, insurances, pretty much everything we need it to do it can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase offers the average user an advanced dataset experience with their user-friendly dashboards and access to experienced Quickbase developers that help guide your vision to become a reality. With a few courses, the average user can become an intermediate-advanced level app developer- offering you the ability to the the team visionary of your program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling through large data tables can sometimes experience formatting issues, resulting in the need to refresh the page or hide columns in order to see/edit the fields in question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase offers a one-stop shop to view data from multiple sources within our network

What do you like best about the product?
QB is a tool which I use on a daily basis. It is very easy to use. Has a user-friendly interface and is low-code. It's easy to create and maintain variety of apps. It can be adapted to a wide range of business needs. It offers a high degree of customization. But what I love the most is automation capabilities. Using Pipelines we can automate repetitve tasks and workflows, saving huge amount of time. Customer Support is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are integration challenges with aour current processes. QuickBase has also limited JavaScript functionallity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I have any issues in Quickbase that i can't solve, I schedule a callwith QB Expert. They always know how to help me

Intuitive! Makes my life a lot easier

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using Quickbase for a few years now to manage capital expenditures and budgets for our projects. I find the interface extremely intuitive and easy to use. There are a lot of customizable features that allows you to organize and extract the data you need and customer service has been great to incorporate specific features we need to streamline our team's daily tasks. I would definitely recommend this platform for similar use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things I find incovenient about Quickbase, including in certain instances where after I've made and saved changes, it sends me to a different page and opening saved attachments require me to download the file rather than being able to preview it in-screen or in a pop-up window. These are not major issues but things we hope to work with develops to resolve.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Quickbase is the simplicity and flexibility of the platform. As a user, I don't need to be a programming expert to create individual solutions. Within the first few minutes, you realize how intuitive the user interface is. It allows you to focus on ideas and results instead of wasting time on complex technical details. For a student like me, this is a real advantage: I can test ideas, quickly create prototypes and adapt to different situations without spending hours on it.

Another aspect that I find particularly important is the quality of customer service. Whenever I have had a question or a problem, the Quickbase team has responded very quickly. They respond quickly and their solutions are always accurate and appropriate. This closeness to the users really gives the impression that our experience is important.

But that's not all. What makes Quickbase even more valuable is the way the platform integrates seamlessly with other tools. Quickbase integrates easily with various software packages, simplifying project management and allowing everything to be centralized in one place. The range of features available is impressive: whether it's data management, project tracking or team collaboration, Quickbase has the right solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Quickbase a bit frustrating due to the complexity of admin account management, especially when transferring permissions or creations from one user to another. For example, if someone who played a key role in building the platform (administrator or developer) leaves the team or changes positions, it can be difficult to seamlessly transfer their responsibilities to another user.

The process seems a bit rigid and unintuitive, especially for users like me who are not technical experts in administration. I was expecting a simpler solution, such as a “Transfer Permissions” button, which allows you to easily transfer responsibilities without compromising your data or disrupting your app.

This is even more important in organizations where teams change regularly. A more user-friendly, automated approach can really help avoid the difficulties associated with these changes. Although this is not an insurmountable issue, it can be optimized to make the user experience smoother and easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase has become a real pillar of our working methods. The platform has enabled us to simplify and centralize our workflows, completely transforming our project management, data tracking and teamwork. Previously, we had to juggle between different tools that didn't always communicate well, but Quickbase has eliminated this problem by providing us with a single, customizable solution.

I particularly appreciate the ability to create customized applications that meet our specific needs. We no longer have to make do with generic tools that only do half the job. With Quickbase, we have total control, which allows us to remain flexible and develop our solutions at the same pace as our projects.

This flexibility is not limited to customization. Because we no longer have to switch from one software package to another, Quickbase saves us precious time and reduces the risk of human error. Everything is better organized, clearer and, above all, more efficient. What's more, integration with other systems ensures that our processes are consistent, enabling us to concentrate on what really matters: our strategic objectives, not repetitive administrative tasks.
