Best Platform ever
What do you like best about the product?
Quick Base is the most versatile platform that I have found. It's very hard to narrow down specifically what I like about it because there is just so much to like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike on Quick Base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my job, I do many thing and use Quick Base for almost all of them. I have create solutions to things like Photo Scheduling, Request Forms, Budget Tracking, Alumni Tracking, Online Sign-ins, and Research interested and match the students interests to the specific department and professor in order to further our students careers.

Customizable platform for data entry and storage
What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase has the option to build complex relationships between apps within the database and is easily integrated with other systems. It’s easily customizable with logic based fields. Data can be sorted, exported, imported, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase apps can look intimidating to some users due to the ability to have essentially unlimited data fields. It’s important to have well organized apps to prevent overwhelming users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used QuickBase to build event registration pages, track attendance, maintain confidential information, and organize applications imported from other web apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Completely customizable and adaptive! . When we found something that needed to be twerked to fit our needs we were able to do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I disliked. When we were not completely satisfied with a function we could make it work with a few tweaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything was at a touch of a button in one place.

Go for it. I highly recommend.

There isn't a single platform on the market that allows business builders to create an application and quickly iterate on it when things change in the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it is priced is tough to drive greater adoption through the company.

Project Management, vendor management, CRM--we use QB to manage a multitude of processes across our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to think about how many users you think will interact with the system and if you need to connect it to other systems that'll be an additional cost paid to a partner.
Quick Base: Great tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of grid editing, file over-writing feature when a file is saved in documents. QB reports can be printed out as excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
all my tasks are displayed separately under different categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QB creates custom reports that can be grid edited and saved for references.
QB helps in creating future tasks quite ahead of time.
Using QB helps all the employees in the chain see what stage has the particular task reached and what needs to be done.

i like that i am able to have all my properties on one dashboard view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is not very user friendly nor is adding an app.

The ability to track progress on projects and get status updates via email.

Sometimes the interface can be a bit overwhelming in options and reports.

A great one-stop shop for past & current project information
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very helpful that information on past projects is stored there and available to check when it may influence current work; it's good to have access to comments on each project (e.g. would we do it again?) and access to all invoices linked to the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated with our lead tracking software, with our time tracking software or with our knowledge management system. I think this may be more linked to the way we implement the software - it looks like there are a lot of functionalities and potential integration opportunities that we do not take advantage of. We will however soon transition towards a new integrated system, so that should solve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing and accessing information about all projects we have worked on in the past and are currently working on. As an international company with offices in different countries, it is very helpful to access this knowledge base at any time without having to contact a colleague - which can take a while because of time zone differences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perhaps explore all integration opportunities with similar software - e.g. knowledge management, lead management, invoicing, time tracking, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that it can be used to assign work to specific analysts. The best part is the vast different options you are given to pull reports, customize reports, export to a spreadsheet and create a quick pivot table to easy distribution to senior leadership!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes the various multitude of options for building reports can be a bit overwhelming for someone that doesn’t have extensive technical background experience. Knowing which report to use to customize and which fields can be a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Categorization of our complaints, based upon specific criteria allow us to quickly see a snapshot of the types of complaints we are receiving based upon complaint type department/category/sub category. I can also easily see a trend for any specific customer service reps who have repeat errors and pinpoint the types of areas they are struggling with based upon category and sub category types.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. There are so many possibilities with this application.

many diff tabs for diff depts & not everyone has access to each level since highly customizeable, so less self explanatory than other ones i've used, but it was delberate

i'm more just data entry for companies and opportunities, nice for CRM...all individuals in diff depts use for all types of things however
