What do you like best about the product?
I like working with table-to-table relationships and pipelines, and I especially enjoy playing with APIs and Jinja within pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports load very slowly. I know the reason is the fields—especially calculated fields—which can make everything slow, and I really don’t like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at Accenture, and I’ve seen how it helps across many domains, such as ticketing management tools, sales orders, and attendance tracking. It benefits clients by reducing the amount of work they need to do, while also giving them more insights.

Changes in UI are a little tough to make, else going the codepage option exposes some confidential information

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build an app with someone who don't have extensive coding knowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase is powerful, but it can feel limiting when handling complex workflows, advanced integrations, or large datasets without heavy customization. Additionally, performance can slow down and the UI/UX can feel outdated compared to more modern platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBase helps solve issues around manual data tracking, disconnected systems, and inefficient workflows by centralizing data and automating processes. This has improved accuracy, reduced manual effort, and allowed faster, more data-driven decision-making.

Easy App Creation, Reliable Integrations, and Responsive Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
The different options for app creation are generally helpful to have some variance in pathways to handle data. I like attending the presentations on what is being worked on as it makes it pretty clear that Quickbase is interested in improving the overall user experience.
The daily use is easy and implementing new reports are easy more often than not. We don't do a lot of integration where I'm at, but the entire start of the revenue process is initiated through integration and it works consistently. The few times I have used Customer Support, they were quick to answer my questions and were able to provide good information that I needed to get the best possible understanding of a new function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suspect that our company is starting to grow too large for Quickbase to handle all of the data that we have. It's more of a small business data management than what our business currently is evolving into. So it can be super slow and crash a fair amount when dealing with larger data sets. I often have to refresh the browser for all of the features to re-populate. It can be extremely slow using custom built calendars and forecasting management applications. Most employees use it daily, and we have a lot of data, so I think it's doing the best it can. Currently, there are not useful ways our company can use Quickbase AI because no confidential information can be used in there per the Quickbase AI information page and confirmation with Quickbase Help. There is a pretty big discrepancy with that because in some of the presentations, the speakers are telling people that it's ok to use confidential information with Quickbase AI, but that's not the case. There should be clear alignment so users' information isn't subject to vulnerabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works well as a data and revenue management tool. We have complex contracts and are able to manage them pretty well through different applications and tables to get the best possible metrics on the data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Quickbase is central, where everyone within our group can access and modify the status of tasks. I've been using Quickbase since about 2001, and it is an essential tool to manage the type of work we do. Quickbase helps me coordinate a lot of tasks among our group and acts as a single source of project information in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability for our customer to be able to access it (as a viewer) for status of various projects. I would also like to have the ability to have deliverable files uploaded to each task. I believe these functions are available but we have not set these up yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to coordinate our workflow and process invoices. It centralizes tasks, serving as a single source of project information in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
QuickBase has been a great tool for our global organization, allowing us to create custom apps that automate processes across the enterprise. We also rely on it as a single source of truth for all of our project documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it so easy to build custom apps, sometimes we are too quick to think that a QuickBase app is the solution without exploring other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a global construction company, we have hundreds of projects and sites in various stages of design, development, and construction. We needed a platform to support document management and secure sharing across multiple locations and departments. We also needed a solution that would let us build custom apps, so we could better use our data and turn it into a strategic asset.

Easy Access and Convenient Leave Requests in QB

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to access, and I can request leave directly from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I feel comfortable using QB. It’s convenient and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Quickbase, my manager can send me feedback and also see when I’m logged in or out of the system.
