Highly Customizable & Efficient Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage the workflows in HubSpot Sales Hub, whether I'm creating from scratch or using templates. This ease has allowed us to scale quickly and improve our daily operations. I also like how we can customize deals, contacts, create properties, and dashboards. The initial setup was pretty simple, especially with helpful guides.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have the option to use email, I understand this is related to marketing, however, emailing for us is as important, to get reminders and more. Allow to create sequences and add the email tool to any automation, maybe add it to the sales hub tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub automates processes, sends notifications, and makes managing workflows easy. I can customize deals, create properties, and dashboards, enabling us to scale quickly and improve daily operations.
Simple, Effective Sales Funnel for Staying Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the sales funnel is to use, and that I can set up my own list. It also helps me organize my tasks and get prepared for my next calls and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled to set up my own list and to find the fields I wanted to insert. There was a lot to choose from, and I didn’t need to see all of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping keep things top of mind and working my leads.
Easy to Use Overall Once You Get Started
What do you like best about the product?
I like overall hubspot but gmail integration is very best thing! We use this alot in our organization testing various marketing strategy using this feature and also we are winning lot clients! Beside that Breeze is also good and overall customer support I am happy! Once I had. problem with consent mode in landing pages they really helped me!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the starter its little bit complex! Most of things are easy to use but for started it could be overwhelming! Adding on this cost of Pro or Enterprise tiers as and the limitation in reporting on the Starter plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used spreadsheed, excel sheet before to record our customers or contacts! Now we do not have to manually enter details we have sales hub in which datas are stored very carefully and segmentation is very useful ! Also we used another Salesforce CRM that was to complex and very hard to use, Now I can or we can use hubspot with ease!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease and convenience with which HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with a lot of my other tools, like Mailmodo and Stripe. The integration has been seamless, ensuring all my contacts and payment-related data syncs automatically. The CRM is very intuitive, making it easy to use. The support is excellent, with plenty of knowledge available about any issues I face. Whenever I got stuck, I could easily find the needed information, thanks to the effective SEO of HubSpot articles. Additionally, the support team's responsiveness was immediate. I also appreciate the ability to track customer interactions and engagement with my campaigns, giving me fantastic visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the app's UI/UX not good. When it comes to showcasing the detail on the app or UI we have built on HubSpot, it doesn't do a great job.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track inbound leads, understand web traffic, and analyze the sales funnel from the first website visit to sign-up. It helps me track the status of my deals.
Efficient and Comprehensive, with Room for Reporting Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub helps our team to work in a unique space and be fully in sync, making us more efficient. It allows us to really gain control of where each customer is at, so we can work more efficiently and smartly. I love the triggers and automations for sending system emails at specific times, which are really handy. The dashboards and task manager are great for delegating different extensions to the team, and the integration with Outlook and Zendesk is really great because it keeps everything in one space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection of custom items is sometimes a little difficult, and the creation of reporting is also a little too advanced. I feel that AI tools could really help here.

The built-in AI is particularly helpful as it makes it very easy to build reports, dashboards, and track metrics for campaigns. Additionally, I really like the workflows and all the automation features because they save a lot of time and improve client communication and the overall client journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I had in the past is the option to connect to n8n due to authentication complications. HubSpot is aware of this and they are already working on resolving it.

What do you like best about the product?
Quite intuitive and east to adopt. It is a great combination of CRM, automation and communication tools in a single platform.

In the lower plans - quite limited features around workflows, reporting and sales process. Occasional gaps in deep analytics and flexibility as compared to other enterprise focused CRMs.

Intuitive, Consumer-Like CRM That Doesn’t Feel Like Work
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is widely loved because it doesn't feel like "work software." While many CRMs are notorious for being clunky and complicated, HubSpot is designed to be as intuitive as a consumer app.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it’s very user-friendly, HubSpot can get expensive fast once you outgrow the "Starter" plan. The jump from a few dollars a month to the "Professional" tier (which unlocks the heavy-duty automation) can be a bit of a price shock
