Intuitive Dashboards and Workflows That Streamline Team Performance

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. I can quickly find deals, leads, and other key items, and as a manager I’m able to check workloads and volumes. The dashboards also make it easy to understand trends at a glance. I’ve been able to streamline processes by using workflows to integrate AI tools such as Claude, which has helped improve the team’s performance. Getting everything set up was quick and straightforward with the help of Hubspot and their integration partner, and overall it feels like very good value for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The menu (although clear) is rather cluttered with features that we do not use though I understand this is being worked on (from my experience using the feedback forum).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our house in order, to keep everyone working to consistent processes and improve our quality of data. This allows us to be more compliant and to produce meaningful MI data that we can use to make changes to our business and processes as we grow.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it keeps everything organized in one place while still being easy to use. The email tracking, pipeline management, and automation tools make it much easier to stay on top of leads and follow-ups without things slipping through the cracks. I also like that it gives clear visibility into where deals stand and helps streamline communication across teams. Overall, it saves time, improves workflow efficiency, and makes relationship management feel much more seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can make it expensive as teams scale. It can also feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many tools and customization options, especially for newer users. Additionally, some automations and workflows can take time to properly set up and optimize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve problems around lead organization, follow-up management, and sales workflow efficiency. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and multiple platforms, everything is centralized in one system, making it easier to track conversations, monitor deal stages, and manage client relationships.

It also helps automate repetitive tasks like follow-ups and reminders, which saves time and reduces the risk of missed opportunities. For me, the biggest benefit is improved organization and visibility — I can stay on top of outreach, better manage partnerships, and make faster, more informed decisions without workflows feeling scattered.

What do you like best about the product?
It is efficient and easy to use. It is focused on the sales process and moving deals down the pipeline. I like it better than Salesforce

There is no way to parse information into the system from a business card

It keeps track of all of our leads from conferences and trade shows. It makes it easy to manage all of our leads from our software, SoPro, so it's easy to schedule meetings and conduct business development activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it's simple to use, which is great for managing all of my contacts with an easy-to-use method. It's also easy to create pipelines and manage warm leads, making it straightforward to develop new sales. The initial setup was very easy for me.

Better integrations with email.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, clean interface, everything works well with the CRM. Email tracking, meetings, and pipelines save a lot of time day to day.

plans are expensive. Some automations are a bit tricky to set up at first.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub to be a great CRM for managing my sales pipeline. It helps me keep track of interactions, perform sales motion multithreading, and conduct account research. The user experience is amazing and more friendly, which I really appreciate. I also find the call feature particularly valuable since it wasn't available in Salesforce. Setting it up was really quick and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Homepage dashboard can be improved. Should have the option of recently used/mostly used tabs to make it easier to access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me manage my sales pipeline, track interactions, handle multithreading in sales motion, conduct account research, and removes my dependency on Excel.

The activities option is one of the best to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the activities are not logged on the companies they are attached to the contacts. Multiples issues in the custom options created.

Tracking the emails, call logs, and other performance-based reports.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides everything our sales team needs to proactively sell to our customers. Hubspot has really stepped up in terms of reducing admin overhead from sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there's so much that it offers, it can be sometimes too much to learn for new reps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are moving towards an agentic platform which surfaces what reps need to focus on in real time. In turn, our reps benefit by spending more time on revenue producing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub quite beneficial for organizing sales data and maintaining communication with clients. I like its user interface, especially because I can pull everything up on one screen and set up sequences or make calls directly from the same place. This feature helps me stay organized and on top of my pipeline with timely reminders, whether they're daily or weekly. It gives me control. Moreover, I think the onboarding was great and very intuitive; within a week, I was able to really understand it and use it efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish we'd be able to see all the contacts under the same account under tabs instead of having to pull up each contact individually in a new window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to stay organized and keep on top of my pipeline with reminders. It gives me control with features like setting up sequences and making calls from one place.
