What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot sales hub keeps my pipelines clean and allows me to easily associate deals with customers at any stage of their lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! We've been using it for a few years and whenever we have questions, the team is always happy to assist.

HubSpot Sales Hub is keeping all of our customers data in the same place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ive used half the CRMs under the sun. Every one was basically a data entry tool that was more for my bosses and leadership teams than it was for me.

For what I need there isn't much of a gap.

Visibility into deals and their health. Knowing which prospects are engaged and progressing vs. going through the motions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to set sequences and add my prospects into flows. Having tasks set-up as well to keep me on track for each account and prospect profile makes it easy to check what I need to get done each day.
The creative & customizable dashboards we make to show our goals and metrics is also great. Sequencing is a huge help for me - whether they're using the templates or being able to create my own.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not knowing about new features that are rolling out and made to the platform before they're done.

Lead generation and management, email and call tracking. It leads to higher revenue and shorter deal cycles

The use of Hubspot's improved AI tools has created easier navigation, alignment, and clarity in our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to be able to merge properties with duplicate data into a single property. I'd also love to have the ability to update a property type - i.e. from a text field to a drop down select without having to create and map a whole new property

Being able to bring all of our teams together has been helpful in solving some of our internal operation problems. Streamlining processes and working together as a team across the company is much easier now that we are in the same platform

The sales hub makes it easy to keep track of my sales activity. I love being able track every aspect of the sale. And my CEO loves that he always knows what's happening with every deal.

Sometimes the email disconnects and I have to manually log my activities

Helps me keep track of my relationships and make smarter decisions about moving deals forward.
