Smart , flexible and High on integrations!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate, great user experience and highly integrable with other active tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike apart from ocassional server struggles of hubspot

It makes easy to navigate through leads , good amount of filters to play around with while having a great user experience!

What do you like best about the product?
The custimization of contacts and the different features to make things organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it auto complete tasks after I cold call. Some times I'm not done with a certain contact and it checks off the box which I have the manually go back and uncheck it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with their prospects quicker vs dialing on my phone. All the contacts are organized that help me when I cold call instead of going in blind

Lack of integration with data aggregators e.g. rocketreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track sales metrics. Helps to see where we need to improve ceretain aspects of our process. Allows us to aggregate data on clients to assist the process.
Hubspot really does offer everything needed for excelling and managing your business
What do you like best about the product?
I liek that the HubSpot sales Hub is very fluid. It has consistencies throughout how it operates and how it presents itself. For example, the contacts page and companies page are siliar in view and also operate on the same basis aswell.
I think another favourite feature is the option to look at a deals pipeline through different views. An view with columns and rows is useful if I want to see an overview but having the option for an alternative view of 'deal stages' has proved really useful. It is also quite satisfying to drag a deal to the next stage!
The chat feature is really useful when you first start using HubSpot as the representatives are literally there to help you through an issue.
it is really easy to set up and implement, once you pay for the add on you are ready to go and introduce your team to the new features. We didn't have a CRM before HubSpot but it was easy to integrate by using the import feature for all our contacts and their details etc.

I think it can be quite pricey, it took a while for us to delve in and purchase the hub, but, it really is an investment.
I think Hubspot offers so much for free but this is only suited for smaller businesses.
It seems the large your business is, the more purchases you have to make if you really want to use the hub to its full potenital but it really does prove to be a neccessity for us now.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our different departments and users all had their own information, contact data and company data before HubSpot. It caused a real problem before when someone left the busienss with the company's data but there was no way to get that data back. HubSpot has centralised all our data and has become a one stop shop for all contacts and companies we are in contact with and also it has centralised all the useful files we use. Now everyone can upload files to the system and they are accessible to everyone.

ALL CUSTOMER ACTIVITY CAN BE TRACKED FROM CONVERSATIONS, TEXT MESSAGES TO EMAILS OR NOTES OF STATUS OR WHAT YOU ARE WORKING ON.
What do you dislike about the product?
ONLY ONE EMAIL ACCOUNT CAN BE ENTERED PER CUSTOMER AND THAT YOU CAN NOT ENTER A CUSTOMER WITHOUT AN EMAIL.

Keeping track of my tasks is the most difficult thing and Hubspot helps me with that.

I enjoy being able to breakdown the reporting to help me from an overall forecast and metrics standpoint - it helps me see the micro and macro levels on a daily basis. It also allows me on my daily activity to be able to hone in on exactly what I need to do

I wish the UI/UX was a bit more intuative similar to other platforms I'd used in the past.
