Great CRM!!
What do you like best about the product?
Usability and customization options, the ease of use for end users.

Viewing different objects within the Sales hub is challenging for end users because they're so similar.

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to integrate multiple sales tools into one platform. The automation features save time by handling repetitive tasks like follow-ups and reminders, allowing sales teams to focus on closing deals. The email tracking and notifications provide real-time insights into when prospects engage with your emails, helping to follow up at the right moment. Plus, the built-in CRM is intuitive and keeps everything organized, while the detailed reporting offers clear insights into sales performance and progress.

I love everything. I've been using hubspot in the last 8 years.

The way the data is all accessible in a fast way, easily accessed, and aligned with all the other data I need

There are some APIs that need improving and further integration work.

I need to be able to track all sales activities in one place, and HubSpot is the answer!
HubSpot is so user friendly.

I like most about HubSpots Sales Hub is it allows me to see how many people are opening up my emails, clicking, and how engaged they. The reporting feature is amazing too.

One thing I dislike about HubSpot is that it doesn't always send my emails for me.

It has solved so many issues by emailing for me at certain times so I don't have to always think about it.

Sales Hub has all the tools a rep needs to succeed and is constantly evolving to make jobs easier including innovative use of AI

Would line tk be able to implement custom guided onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of friction for our clients. By being easy to use it no only makes life easier for sales teams but also encourages HubSpot to be a single source of truth for data so other teams can use that knowledge to their advantage such as marketing.

It is easy to use! It is friendly and synchronizes everything I need to keep my sales, marketing, and CX team aligned!
