Great and useful experience

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of everything: messages, tasks, events...
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit hard to manage the tool at first, but once you learn to use it it's wonderful

Tracking everything we do daily, to manage the team and to measure our productivity

Great software for sales & marketing-minded teams

What do you like best about the product?
I love tracking how we interact with and move through our prospects and leads. We often setup and use sequences to automate much of our sales process. Sequences have also been very useful for automating other non-sales things. For example, I help run a business networking group, and the sequences help automate many of the management tasks I'd normally have to do manually. I also love the ability to use custom fields, notes, and tasks to stay on top of our sales process. Oh, and the embedded meeting widget saves myself and our clients a TON of time when booking meetings and keeping that interaction tracked. Between that and the Outlook plugin, it's been so much easier to do than in previous companies with other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price keeps going up higher and higher. I used to be able to refer people to use HubSpot with no concerns. But it seems that recent years has the HubSpot team focused on medium to enterprise businesses and no longer catering to the smaller (but larger) SMB market. Most people I try to get into HubSpot end up going to Zoho or something. Also the Outlook widget forces me to log in again - every - single - day. That widget is great when it's not in the way, but when it gets in the way, it's one of the most annoying things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it lowers the amount of effort and time that is required to perform otherwise mundane and time-consuming sales tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It tracks emails as long as they are linked to specific projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not job specific per emails tracked they need to be manually linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization might be the biggest benefit I can see company wide.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable automation. Might not be a big deal to others but the fact that meetings can be booked without any third part apps and also the fact that most AI automation tools like Clay can be integrated with it, making it highly useful. I use it everyday andI do not even touch the max limit. UI is very user friendly and easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of cutomizable signature and the plethora of features can sometimes get a little confusing for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and email tracking are the best uses and problems it is tackling. Email tracking shows the analytics of the number of opens and if they are clicking on links or not and rich features.

What do you like best about the product?
Its is a clean, intuitive system that lets you integrate your data across all platforms seemlessly. Great flow to the software and easy implementation across our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of their data analysis and reporting structures were simpler. Some feel overly complicated for what is simple data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything lives in one system, which is simplifying our internal processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it as a CRM to organize my leads for my organization.
Integration with a lot of plug ins

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the graphs difficult and not user friendly. I tend to manage companies on a contact level when i need to use the company level more. there seems to be a disconnect between the two in a way when updating status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot centralizes all the data and communication from our organization in one centralixed place. This allows us for better visibility company wide and organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to understand and browse through.
It can easily be integrated and implemented with Outlook, LinkedIn and others
I used it on a daily basis for lead update tracking, sending emails, calling updating notes

The database can be visible to everyone, needs something private

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's userface is very easy to understand and work my way around. I like how accessible it is to manuever, I never find myself running into any issues but when I do it is easy to fix.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few errors that occur wirh hubspot, such as when I want to unenroll a contact; it wont let me. Another example of minor errors is when I complete a task yet it comes up again to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track all my leads and points of contact as well as time between first point of outreach and meeting conversion.
