Great platform that is easy to ise
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot excels where others find it difficult to move forward. It is still remarkably easy to use and is excellent where o others are too complex
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest challenge currently is promoting HubSpot as the solution that it currently is. Meaning that it is growing so quickly people still think of it as a less capable system, which is incorrect.

I like the contact and deal record connections. I like email sequences.

I wish it was easier to use for business to business selling.

Historical data is great. Saving time for sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
We have access to all of our sales data all the time. We've been able to manage our pipeline and close more deals. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the phone app could improve a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a multi person sales team and HubSpot has made it possible for us to be on the same page with each lead.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to customize the whole process. Making different pipelines for different reviews including new sales and pricing reviews or referrals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be cumbersome to fill out all the fields, even if they don't apply

Ai is allowing me to work faster and more efficiently than ever before. The hubspot AI is great!

I like the the learning curve is so low. It's easy for users to jump in and intuit what to do

I love Hubspot. It has made so easy to analyze the effectiveness of my google ads.
What do you like best about the product?
I can see what google ads campaigns are generating MQLs, SQLs and opportunities within my google ads account using google goals and zapier
What do you dislike about the product?
The google ads integration is limited. But useful nevertheless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting is so usuef. It helps me qualify all of our sales leads.

It was so easy to set up not a complex process our sales team started to enter in leads on day 1

Only feature that's been a problem is that you cannot change source names for uploading if it doesn't exist on pre populated list
