I really like the simplicity of Hubspot but yet their ability to have very complex work done

We went from excel sheets to HubSpot and it drastically changed our business for the better. I have no idea why we waited so long to implement.

I wish the the cards on the pipeline could show more info.

Organization is biggest pro for us.

I have trained 10+ sales reps who have come from other CRM platforms or have NO CRM experience and they all give feedback about how easy it is use!

Updates come too fast to keep up with! I can' keep up with the releases to my team.

Sales hub has helped us scale significantly with a small surrounding tech stack.
