A CRM of great help
What do you like best about the product?
Among the functions that the CRM provides us, there is the ability to manage each client within their pipeline, to integrate it with other services. It allows creating tasks for follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating reports, it sometimes becomes complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management and administration of the customer data that I handle.
MY EXPERIENCE AT HUBSPOT
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot for the easy navigation between pipelines, deals, and contacts, and it helps to control the active management we do for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any disadvantages as such, the only bad thing is when the system crashes, but I understand that it is something inevitable since at certain times these crashes cause a bit of delay in customer management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can document the management I do for my assigned clients, and it benefits me when presenting my completed work since all the management is recorded in HubSpot.

The customizability of the platform and the ability to integrate apps

Having a partnership with Aircall - not a good experience

What do you like best about the product?
the saleshub has been great. The ability to create tasks and execute them through saleshub without jumping back and forth has been great. I love the ability to execute the tasks and easily move onto the next one without having to change screens or add extra clicks. I use sales hub everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far compared to how I was doing it before Sales Hub has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows us to track activity very easily. We have seen an increase in volume with touchpoints which are easily identified through creating tasks at a date/time of your choosing.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot every day! It helps me stay organized and up to date on all my clients and their specific needs. It was easy to implement and has all the resources I need. I love setting tasks for myself and all the hubspot integrations with other applications. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to stay focused and on top of their business contacts. They have great Customer Support as well!

There isn't much to dislike, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying organized on a day-to-day basis and keeping track of my clients. The Calendar sync is fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the only user friendly platform I have used. I have been in sales for 10 years and have always struggled with the CRM until we started with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just do not like CRM in general but HubSpot is the best of the nessisary evils in todays day and age.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my deals and how often I have a touch with my prospects/clients.
Very easy to use platform, even for people not familiar with it.
What do you like best about the product?
It has the options to set your follow up appointments, with reminders and everything you need for the app to double as your calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when I log a task, it does not automatically check the box that the task was completed. I feel anytime you log something, it should complete the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot essentially combines your calendar, with your email and your phone to allow you to track your sales activities all in one place.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is super user friendly! It is such a helpful and useful tool that makes my job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my emails don't connect which can get frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up to date with my contacts and making sure to check in with them on time as well as tracking my engagements and projects.
