None that I can think of. Its easy to use.

Pipeline management, tracking deals, task to remind me to follow up or reach out. Email tracking to see when a proposal is clicked on or opened.

It's just a CRM, the prospecting feature is not so robust like in other platforms.

Intuitive, easy to keep track of, basically every time I thought of something I needed, the functionality already existed within HubSpot, it was just a matter of finding it and adding to my workflow (which thanks to help functions is quick and easy too!)

Sometimes syncs to other software don't happen immediately, but this is a small issue that i've adapted to.

Im bad at keeping track of things, HubSpot takes care of that.
Intuitive CRM with detailed reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a reputation for being a marketing platform. Using the sales hub version helped to streamline outbound outreach. Keeping a clean CRM is very important, and the reporting on the journey from an MQL to an SQL has been clarifying for RoI and strategy to meet KPIs.
There is an intutive nature to hubspot, support is responsive, and you can build out most any kind of report you can think of with limited training.

What do you dislike about the product?
While you can send out sequences on Sales Hub, you cannot add 'start a sequence' as part of a work flow. That is only available on the enterprise version. You can still send emails via workflow, but they have to be built into each workflow.
The integration with Salesforce is easy to implement, but you cannot merge companies while they are connected, which is a pain.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Hubspot for our marketing team, and using another sequencing tool for outbound emails. That tool did NOT integrate well with our CRMs and there was a lot of valuable data that was lost / siloed. Using Sales hub we are able to track - with data/granularity - what accounts are responding positively and what messaging is resonating.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is so simple and user-friendly that the new comers could understand easily. Integration of other third party tools are very easy. The UI is very intuitive and allows number of features like customizations on dashboard, reporting very efficiently. The customer support team is very prompt and efficient. Whenever we got some tricky situation they support us very quickly. Our team uses Hubpost everyday as this became an integral part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is in higher side for most of the small firms. They have to upgrade in the email editing options. Sometimes the customer support team late responsive. But overall it's a good package if you compare the positive outcome you are getting.

HubSpot Sales Hub efficiently eradicated the communication gap between our team members. It helps greatly with the cetralization of data, communication hub, sales analytics etc.
A Good Sales CRM/Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with all the tools I need. Everything in one place and easy to onboard new coming co-workers who may need more insights into the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few things aren't as "user friendly" but I always can ask and always get a thorough/helpful reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights into all/most of our online/marketing/sales activities and conveying these insights to "non-sales"/"non-marketing" people is made easier with Sales Hub.
Creates a synergy for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot's sales hub for quite a while to run targetted sequences and account-based marketing, the best part is that we exactly know how the customer journey has been impacted by both our sales and marketing efforts and take logical plans for the next big acquisition. Hubspot sales and maketing hub when used together can give us insane data on how our ICPs behave and respond to our team's effort.

The platform is quite costly for startups in early stage
