Hubspot is my Fav CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Hubspot listens to you and adds features that are needed. I asked for A/B testing and it was implemented shortly after. Also, it is easy to sequence, keep my prospects straight, and make sure all of my deals are catagroized properly so I can effectively make sure each one is given the attention it needs. Also, integrations are very easy to connect and utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I cannot make single calls with a keypad, I have to add the person into the system as a Contact. We just did a project that needed such a keypad so I had to use my personal phone to complete calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving keeping track of the sales team and its stats without mixing it in with marketing motions. It also allows me to keep track of my tasks and meetings booked, putting it in an SDR dashboard that was easy to build/read.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to streamline sales into service (ticket management). It's customizable to our business model and great oversight into the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbox management. Lacks customization (or i I haven't figure out how to change my inbox to the view/style I like).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales really streamline processes and increasing reachability to potential new clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic. i've not used it before this role and I found it really easy to learn how to use and really appreciate the automation side of it. I use it near enough everyday and can't imagine not using.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be handy if I could edit sequences to enrolments even if the sequence was already underway. I've had a few situations where I've made a mistake in the email and thee's nothing I can do to stop it other than unroll and start again which can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of people who I need to contact - makes it so much easier and quicker as I can do it bulk

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks LinkedIn outreach automation, requiring additional tools for this and for sourcing contact information. The link with LinkedIn Sales Navigator also presents issues.

The calendar linking and automatic email logging
What do you dislike about the product?
Little bugs that could be fixed, or the fact that I can't choose to not sent out an email invitation to a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how patient and helpful the Hubspot representatives are. They are all very knowledgeable and are always willing and able to help!

There are some features that are missing that could be helpful such as specific types of charts and graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping with customer communication and with tracking customer activity and sales pipeline progress.

What do you like best about the product?
-HubSpot's inter-connectedness is always helpful when dealing in a Client-based industry. Being able to seemlessly jump from Deals, to Companies, to Contacts makes utilizing the site a breeze
-HubSpot's abilities to add custom objects is helpful, as, in boiler-plate form, it is missing a lot of potential when dealing with specific industries. Custom objects alleviate this greatly
-HubSpot's automations have made utilizing my role 10 times easier, especially when integrating with outside programs (which HubSpot does very well)
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my only major gripes with HubSpot has been it's hardcoded designs. Custom Objects has alleviated this issue significantly, but being unable to rename certain objects gets confusing, especially when onboarding new team members - certain things have to be used for certain purposes, but their naming designation under HubSpot does not reflect our use for it, but we are stuck with it being under that designation
