The most user friendly and customizable CRM in the market.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of reports, the easy use of features, the integration options available and the customer support are on point and increases the frequency at which it is used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the major integrations are missing.

HubSpot is the perfect CRM to have an overview of each client and the history of his process with the company.

I love how much detail and information is at our fingertips. It is also very customizable to be able to have unique fields and requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
That entries don't automatically get tagged to all associated contacts, companies, and deals.

Consolidating information and giving detail easily and quickly.
HubSpot helps me keep track of leads and customers to maximize my sales.

The reminder feature in HubSpot is invaluable.

I am able to find my companies under phone nambers and or just names, it is beneficial for me because I was not able to do that with the other programs, this is a 1. 2 step.

In the past, I have had to use various platforms to organize, communicate and prospect. HubSpot allows me to centralize all of these processes in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that were available when I first subscribed were moved to a different subscription structure and are not available anymore in my current plan.

HubSpot gives me a clear picture of who is in my pipeline so I can accurately provide their next step.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows GTM teams work efficiently, promotes collaboration and supports growth by allowing all teams center their day to day around the customer in the CRM.
HubSpot is easy to get started with although it does require understandning of the processes in place. Multiple integrations make is easy for users to make the most out of these processes and connecting their entire toolstack.

Inability to import Leads is something I wish would be introduced soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows our team to work efficiently and collaborate - we have a growing GTM team and due to the use of HubSpot we are able to scale easier.

I feel that it could be easier to delete some of the tabs and remove unwanted sections

It is a pleasure to work with Hubspot, I used to have the opportunity to work on various CRM systems that were clumsy compared to Hubspot. The modern look and simplicity of creating transactions is definitely a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside I would rate the new look of Hubspot after the navigation change, the previous one was more user-friendly.

Hubspot allows me to monitor sales and manage customer relationships.
