What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot Sales Hub has streamlined managing leads, internal workflows, and marketing with its powerful automation and reporting features. It's easy to use and offers a clear activity timeline that keeps my team aligned and accountable. I appreciate having all emails, calls, notes, and deals in one place, which has greatly improved follow-ups and efficiency. The platform scales effortlessly with my business and integrates well with other tools. The notes and activity tracking make it easy to follow up, and the tasks serve as helpful reminders to stay in touch. I find that sending emails directly from templates is excellent, saving a lot of time while maintaining consistent and on-brand messaging across the team. Additionally, personalizing emails using contact details, tracking performance, and automatically logging everything in the activity timeline make follow-ups faster, more effective, and easier to manage. I highly recommend it for teams focused on growth and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features have a learning curve and certain reporting customization options require higher-tier plans. Occasional UI changes can also take some getting used to, but overall these are minor compared to the value Sales Hub provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub streamlines lead management, aligns team workflows, and simplifies marketing with its powerful automation and reporting. Email templates save time and stay consistent, improving follow-ups. It integrates well with other tools, keeping our data centralized and reducing manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hubspot Sales Hub as opposed to other CRM tools because HubSpot is easily organized and very user-friendly. As someone who has used 3 different CRM tools in the past 3 years, Hubspot stands out as having the simplest layout to navigate and easiest learning curve. Companies, contacts, opportunities, and quotes are linked to one another so you can toggle back and forth simply to find the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that there are some emails that are only tracked on the contact level, not the company level. This makes things more difficult when I am required to search under each contact for information rather than it appearing on the company's activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's email tracking abilities help me see all of the information in one place without needing to resort to searching through Microsoft Outlook and scrolling through email chains.

What do you like best about the product?
This CRM is easier to navigate and feels more intuitive compared to most others I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike that whenever I check my team members' tasks in Hubspot and then refresh the page, all my settings are lost. I have to go through the process of selecting everything again just to see who the tasks are assigned to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to integrations with other tools we use, such as LinkedIn, Lemlist, email, and phone, we can efficiently track all our sales outreach efforts in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub provides me with a great all-in-one place for all our contacts and has an easy-to-use webpage developer to help build websites. I appreciate the universal tracking for HubSpot contacts and the ability to read what users do on the website. Being able to see what things a lead clicks or shows interest in has been a great help in getting deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some bugs/glitches with email associations but these have since been fixed. Ensure bugs are cleaned up so disassociation's don't happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub provides an all-in-one place for managing contacts and has an easy-to-use webpage developer. It offers universal tracking, allowing me to see user interactions, which helps in closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is user-friendly and easily accessible even on my mobile phone. The clean, clickable dashboard makes managing my day-to-day activities simple, helping me log and track everything. I also appreciate that it shares reminders for follow-ups if needed. It's great having all my data like notes, email interactions, deals, targets, and contacts stored in one place, which helps keep track of my accounts. Additionally, the setup was very seamless and was implemented in no time. The integration with my email to track interactions is also valuable.

It sometimes glitches, and takes time to load even if the internet connectivity is alright.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the integrations of HubSpot Sales Hub with other platforms facilitate our operations. Specifically, the automations that manage the sales pipeline, connecting with other operational tasks and our website on HubSpot, are very valuable. We appreciate the ease of having everything in one place, which saves time and simplifies the management of different sources of information. I also find that the initial setup was 100% easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I think HubSpot lacks an item for micro businesses in all its tiers, particularly for emerging markets. Many wouldn't pay for the license because it takes time to see benefits. Besides that, they have made interface changes due to implementing AI, which at times causes the 'muscle memory' of where certain items are to fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to integrate data between CRMs and manage our sales pipeline, connecting operational tasks. It simplifies by having everything in one place. The automations save time, improve traceability, and add reminders. Its integration with other platforms is excellent.
