Very intuitive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Availability of information and the way it's relayed is easy to understand with great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, perhaps some more streamlined ease of integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining parts of CRM creating deals for profiles and logging meetings and calls is very convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I can access my client records easily and I like how it tracks enails and all correspondence in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I have to take extra steps to open emails history (unlike Outlook as an example) and fish for the latest email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the mass of client activity as I work globally. Helps me stay on top of tasks and follow up in a timely fashion.
HubSpot is a good CRM that could use a few tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one spot, and it makes it really easy to keep track of the tasks you need to get done. It's also very helpful to be able to prospect and enroll clients all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the phone dialer was a little more consistent. I seem to have issues with clients being able to hear me well, at times. And I wish it would let you dial out even if a client isn't in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to keep track of your clients and the metrics for them much more more easily.

it can be glitchy and cause you to pause your work for short moments.

It makes my job of automating sales activities and reporting on pipelines so much easier.
Extremely user friendly. The customer Info, call & emails are all in the same place.

It is easy to use and there is good support.

Sometimes contacts go missing if a task is not assigned.

We are able to house all our contacts with both calls and email

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool that I have found is sequences. Sequences helps you stay on task. You create your pramerters once and add contacts. This is a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calling functionality seems to be hit an miss. I have experienced errors 4-5 times a week. Overall it works but more informaiton as to what causes the errors would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps keep you organized and collaborate with the team. This ensures duplicate messages are not going out. We are also able to break up companies in our CRM by territory which is helpful.

I've been using Hubspot for a long time so I'm familiar with the system. Gets the job done

The UX feels a bit antiquated. It would be cool if there were more proactive insights that the system suggested

What do you like best about the product?
Hubpsot is so easy to navigate and user friendly! I can do everything in one place. All clients and leads can easily be managed and team collaboration is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minor downside to Hubspot is the reporting features. It is sometimes difficult to build reports and not as intuitive as other systems. The Hubspot support team is great at helping when I can't do it on my own though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business continuity! Hubspot allows us to see all clients and leads in one place. All teams have the ability to see where they might be in the sales or post-close process. It allows us all to collaborate and work efficiently to provide a better client experience as well.
Most intuitive and user friendly CRM I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely intuitive, easy to use. FAR more user friendly than any other CRM I've used. I've used mutliple salesforce instances, Monday as a CRM, pipedrive, and bullhorn in the past, and I can confidently say that Hubspot is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit the future emails a prospect will receive once they've been enrolled in a sequence (unless you unenroll, and then edit said emails, then reenroll prospects) can be frustrating. That is my only issue with the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking sales sequence performance and effectiveness has always been challenging in the past, but Hubspot has made my life so much easier in that regard. Its super easy to compare the performance of overall sequences, messaging of individual emails, etc.

I love the sequences, workflows, prospecting and the coaching playlists
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough I like prospecting I belive there's still room for improvment especially when it comes to the tasks and having the information about the time that the task needs to be concluded right there inseatd of having to open the deal
