Big fan of HubSpots easy to use interface, and new AI capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy HubSpot's interface, especially compared to other CRM systems I have used in the past. I use HubSpot daily and never find myself struggling to find certain features, and rarely experience any glitches. Customer support has always been very attentive when I have needed them. I also enjoy the new AI blog post writing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm overall very happy with HubSpot, but do find there to be some challenges/struggles when utilizng the AI feature. However, I assume that is just because it is a new feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to find everything in one place regarding contact information and prospecting tool, marketing capabilities, as well as sales pipeline and sales performance. It makes my life easier to have a one stop shop.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is always staying with the current trends in the tech. stack space. It is well thought out and simple to use. No team required to stand up a Hubspot Migration. I've been a user for over 8 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes features available in the enterprise tier seemingly should be in the professional tier of license. This can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact, client, sales, and pipeline management.

What do you like best about the product?
You get to know which leads to reach out to based on engagement of leads
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I have experienced. Its very easy to use and user friendly, easy to call my prospects and connect with them through a single platform

What do you like best about the product?
I can optimize my time with Hubspot. Using email Sequences is a very easy way to reach out to several customers. Hubspot notifiactions are also very helpful to be ready to answer every update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the iPhone version is very limited, and you cannot use most of the regular features that you have on the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email tracking is very usefull for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily update your meeting links and availability and sync automatically with your calendar makes work life very very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan of having to create different meeting links and update meeting times for each type of meeting medium, but is more of an inconvenience

Linking all areas of our customer interactions including meetings, phone calls, emails, marketing emails, website visits, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Relatively straightforward to set up and understand
2. Immensely powerful
3. Hubspot team is super helpful and supportive
What do you dislike about the product?
1. It lacks certain basic sales related features. For example, the Sequences are great, but they lack customizability and minor UX niggles.
2. If the sales hub can be easily paired up with an external tool, that would make it even more powerful. Like meeting bots and email replies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. All communications in one place so context gaining is super efficient.

It can be tricky to log emails and calls when automation is not set up

What do you like best about the product?
All the information for a lead or a client including invoices to support conversation history with employees everything comes into one portal which makes it easy for the sales and support team to manage customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to automatically track WhatsApp chats or maybe integration with WhatsApp business API to directly chat with contacts in WhatsApp within the HubSpot portal
