Creating a more simplified sales CRM for individual sales users

What do you like best about the product?
Playbooks, calling, email, AI. Using partners to analyze the sales opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting, and seeing indivisual metrics of sales that are associated to areas within HubSpot espeically working with Partners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is allowing us to create to connect our enterprise department and Franchise network to round robin leads that have been through an SQL and MQL process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to customize Sales Hub without being a developer. I find it easy to customize as our business needs change with little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the color options for reporting. I would love for HubSpot to allow us to customize the report colors to our company brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline tracking and forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that I can follow a deal in HubSpot and follow up with client who are in that pipeline. The ability to add automation and workflows enables me to work smarter not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and analyzing how we are doing as a team helps us to improve our outreach and keeps our board informed.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the reporting functionality and its integration with Marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration from our prior level subscription has been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us figure out our sales funnel status and revenue opportunities combined with customer interaction in our communication efforts.

Sales Hub Changes Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
one of the best things about sales hub is the easy of use and your sales team will be able to pick it up and learn it easily. Being able to have all of your deal information under one roof makes it easy for teams and managers to set goals and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot sales is great but being able to have access to more tools at a cheaper cost would be benefical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to intergrate with our ERP systems to pull over our deals live and help track our reveune across markets is huge. we also have created a custom deal API that pulls over more information that is normally not collected.

I don't what's to dislike -- as a technical writer it checks all the boxes.
