Couldn’t live without this CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, does everything I need it to, lots of integrations

Requires some learning or training to fully make use of all its features, so some time will need to be invested upfront

Allowing us to build our funnel, tracking all leads and activity, moving us away from living on spreadsheets

What do you like best about the product?
The ease to find things. I like the seamless integration between the marketing and sales tools within HubSpot. The CRM is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to track and manage interactions with my clients. The automation features save a lot of time by streamlining follow-ups and lead nurturing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is the cost, which can be prohibitive for smaller businesses or startups. While the features are comprehensive, some advanced functionalities are only available in higher-tier plans, which may not be affordable for everyone.

One of the primary problems it solves is the difficulty in keeping track of customer interactions and follow-ups. With its CRM capabilities, HubSpot provides a centralized platform to log all communication, ensuring no client is overlooked and follow-ups are timely and consistent.

The simplicity of use combined with the ability to customize all processes.
It's beginner-friendly, allowing the whole company to participate and use Hubspot daily with no problem.
Even thought it is a simple tool, it has the tools for specialization and deep-dive into more complex topics.
The technical support is great, fast, and highly effective. There are no questions left unanswered.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be developed a bit faster. There are some functionalities communicated on forums that would be useful to have ASAP.

Adding new functionalities that would increase our efficiency and ability to train the team.

They are always bringing new features, especially with AI now and the CS team is great.

nothing really, the only thing they could improve is maybe allowing other users to create sequences for each other

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ease of use. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to navigate and manage sales activities, allowing for streamlined processes and enhanced productivity.

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is the occasional latency. Sometimes, the platform can be slow to respond, which can be frustrating when trying to quickly access information or complete tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpfull in Hubspot sales hub, is that everything just works... Every conversation, deal, contact information, workflows, emails, templates, prices, products etc etc etc is just there and easy to handle. Its easy to implement to our work and when onboarding new coworkers. As an admin I frequently look out for the updates, which are released often and also available for beta to test out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hurts just a little every time i look a the invoice... its pricyyy.

Hubspot sales hub makes it easy to keep an overview of prospects, leads and customers and the whole sales process in between, including conversations and customer information.
User friendly, customizable and continuous updates
What do you like best about the product?
Very interesting feature roadmap. HubSpot team listens to its customer base and I often find myself very pleasantly surprised that here and there, features we requested show up fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Discounts are always appreciated but the feature set for me justifies the price.

Serving as the one single point of truth that all functions in the company can rely on.

Customer Support could sometimes offer better advice rather than forward me to a complicated article.

The CRM system is like nothing we've ever used before and we are able to track new and existing clients through every step of the sales process.
