What do you like best about the product?
Bubbly aesthetics are great, but even better than that it's an easy to use CRM that I can ramp our sales teams quickly. The integrations and support are great for my small org.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many options for tracking customer success and post sale activities. In the meantime we've had to jimmy sales hub to make this work for us. It's fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing deals and building automations to make my life easier saving time money and energy as we try to close more deals and grow the organization alongside the goals

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its features for managing contacts, automating tasks, and tracking interactions with leads and customers. It can help streamline sales processes and improve efficiency for sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely learning curve it's the most challenging thing on every hub on the HubSpot platform. Specially for New users who may find it takes some time to learn how to use all of HubSpot’s features effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub automates repetitive tasks such as email follow-ups, lead scoring, and appointment scheduling, saving time and reducing manual effort and It enables sales teams to track and monitor interactions with leads, providing insights into lead behavior and engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I like hubpost sales so i can create task for my coworkers. This helps them keep task organized and which comes first in the priority list. It simplifies our workload
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like its online vibe. The inperson vibe is super cool but online it is sticky. It is hard to use and has a ton of data all over the single screen that gets cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping with communication. Communication across a remote working business can be difficult but keeping task organized and sorted on our individual screens can help

The deals tracking option has been one of the best parts of Sales Hub

It is a bit confusing to understand the full scope of everything HubSpot has to over to someone new going into sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows transparency into the open deals and potential revenue. Allowed our team to keep track (a true system) of follow-ups, something we didn't have before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations which are needed are not useful or available (taxes - Avalara; invoices - Sage; shipping - UPS Worldship). This causes a little extra work right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have a sales management system at all when I started. We found HubSpot, which allowed us to have a true look into revenue streams, have a follow-up tracking system and have everything in one place.

Lots of things don't work so well so you need to have an operation team available

What do you like best about the product?
I like this for a simple automation and enables the CRM process to be simple and flawless. Additionally setting up goals and generating reports is a smooth process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different tiers of this to CRM seem a bit ambiguous - package levels I mean. It seems like the lower tier offers very similar features to the higher tier in my personal opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with customers and see our ROI in one easy tool is a huge advantage in the advertising world. This has been a most prevalent problem that this tool has allowed to be solved.

What is our primary use case?

I used it for all of the presales opportunities that were in the sales engineering realm, as CRM for tracking our sales leads and assessing activities.

What is most valuable?

I found the interface to be modern and intuitive. It offers excellent documentation and guidance for effectively managing sales pipelines. HubSpot's seamless integration with Gmail and calendar tools provides a convenient way to manage communications and appointments. The ability to share the availability calendar, similar to Calendly, is a particularly valuable feature that greatly enhances workflow and scheduling efficiency.

What needs improvement?

There have been some challenges related to workflow customization and terminology. I found it to be somewhat rigid, which impacts the ability to adapt the tool to our specific needs.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have used it over the last twelve months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I never had any stability issues during the time I was using it.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of HubSpot Sales Hub is highly convenient because it is hosted, which means there's virtually no effort required on your part to manage or scale the system.

How are customer service and support?

I never had to contact them because I was able to find all the answers I needed online. This speaks volumes about the availability and quality of self-help resources provided.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used Salesforce and it is a good tool that offers valuable insights, but I found HubSpot to have a faster, more responsive interface. Its integration abilities are far superior, as well.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend taking some of their free intro courses as they can help users gain a better understanding of how HubSpot Sales Hub aligns with or differs from other tools they might have worked with in the past. That was something helpful for me. I would rate it nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a sales representative, I have been using Hubspot to track my daily sales routine, client/prospect details, approaches, communication, timeline, and conversation.

Adding to it, it helps in tracking the status of the prospects like is they onboarded, is proposal sent and so on. It can be customed too.

Email template can be integrated too
What do you dislike about the product?
-I had quite a difficulty in learning to import my contact details from Excel with all the details at once.

-It has the ability to create a template but the template is difficult to edit all of the time.

-There is a limitation in marketing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Transparency in tracking the record of the leads, communications, and their status of conversion. This is helping me in forecasting the sales pipeline, set target to my teams accordingly resulting sales converion rate.
