It is a quite interactive CRM with help guides that allows for continuous improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like its incorporation of AI, the ease of creating reports, and its easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to upload images that are not in PDF.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sometimes the extension closes or fails

What do you like best about the product?
It is one central point of truth for our apprach to sales and how I manage my targeted accounts. It is always best in class and features are always improving. It is the center of my BD process and keeps me on track and accountable for what needs to be done on a daily basis to be successful. It is very easy to use and to navigate around so not much time is wasted on the "tech" navigation. Would be lost without HubSpot!
What do you dislike about the product?
The updates are often but at times it moves routine buttons around that you have to go and case and figure out. Not a huge deal at times frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increases our business intellegence when targeting potential customers. It is one central point of truth for prospects and current customers for us to stay up to date and informed on all things account and contact related.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can set up sequences, automated templates, next tasks and manage your sales pipeline effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you are not allowed to import cold contact lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to track sales pipelines and make our sales efforts reportable. It allows quick access to contact information and affiliations.

Easy to use, menu are simple and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some setting are hard to manage, but help is easy to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of new client for expansion. Planing mail distribution.
I think that HubSpot is a unique and necessary business tool needed for success

The adaptability of the program - it can be used for most ANY industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a complex program. I struggle at times with how complex the program is for reporting and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring the engagement with clients is key. I personally love the feature where I can tell if a client has seen an email.
How to handle all features available in HubSpot sales
What do you like best about the product?
I've seen an improvement in the modules, from having all the info available for each contact you import, to order all the internal deals we handle in the company. Everything seems to be working smoothly, and that's something I didn't notice in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the design. I know you constantly work on changing the layers and the design of the page, but it feels I've been using the same tool for 4 years now and don't see any improvement in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know exactly, but recently I saw an update in the page design, making it more likable. I really liked it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to input templates and run sales sequences. This makes prospecting such an easy, automated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I simply don't like the recent interface changes - I don't like that certain areas (like tasks) are now elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps automate dialing and recording calls. I wouldn't say that was a problem before, but to have all the data recorded and visible in one spot is immensely helpful to the broader teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Hub is part of the entire HubSpot ecosystem. It allows the marketing and sales teams to be fully integrated. We have become more efficient and get insight into how our sales and marketing teams truly work together to get results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is the same as any other system like it - Licensing. We feel like we get nickeled and dimed to death, but it is the nature of the beast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Marketing Hub. We used to use Salesloft and didn't have the insight and intelligence we now do being on one platform.
HubSpot has helped me streamline my sales efforts to be more efficient and increase my productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot almost all day every day. It helps me manage my accounts and prospective clients to automate and remind me to follow-up and manage my communication cadence so that customers and deals do not fall through the cracks. I like that they are constantly adding new features and customization. The task view where you can roll through tasks one-by-one, the embeddable meeting calendar schedulers, and the ability to propose times in an email are some of the best quality-of-life additions they have ever made. Support is incredibly fast and I am happy to see that it has not fallen off as they have obviously grown.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple features I am hoping will be implemented soon:
1. The ability to create custom SENDER tokens for personalization in sales email
2. The ability to bookmark company's and contacts I work with frequently such as my clients.
3. Mobile Ap is still clunky to navigate. I don't really know what to recommend, but the desktop is just so much easier to navigate than the mobile.
4. This is incredibly nitpicky I know but when you are entering in a new contact you can not tab through the different fields if you have any dropdowns. If you were able to, it would streamline manual data entry as you could stay just on keyboard.

Time is the killer of all deals and in my industry not being engaged and hands-on with clients will lead to cancellation. HubSpot helps me manage my accounts and prospective clients to automate and remind me to follow-up and manage my communication cadence so that customers and deals do not fall through the cracks. The ability to handle more clients and prospective clients has increased my outbound sales efforts tremendously.

If you have never worked with a CRM Og automations before, it can be hard to navigate
