Fantastic CRM system

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with everything I need to carry out my sales role effectively, including marketing, follow ups, & keeping track of deals and relationships with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
when quoting, it quote be a little bit more user friendly, we have to imput a lot of the information several times if re-quoting a customer or if anything changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better than using a spreadsheet, keeps me on track with daily tasks and lets me know where I am against daily, weekly and monthly targets

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub helped us create a novel customer experience channel by improved leads generation and conversion rate . It boosted sales personnel Efficiency and helped in improving topline
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the legacy system architecture makes it hard to change it to clients needs like customer segmentation basked on key accounts is way better in Salesforce CRM but other than that it's a great Platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It Majorlu solved the problem of customer targeting ,earlier the sales team used to handle every customer with equal time that resulted in subpar sales performance but now with Hubspot analytics we achieved new sales easily

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate most of the sales process saves time and gives me the opportunity to focus my attention on sales instead of admin work and data entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't really a downside, but there are so many features that sometimes it's hard to figure out which ones are needed and which ones aren't necessary for our organization. I feel like we are not using all of the tools at our disposal because learning everything would be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales hub is simplifying the process from lead submission to close cutting down on the manual work required.

What do you like best about the product?
Logging of all customer interactions in one place. Tracking of deal flow. Reporting tools. Tasks/reminders. Templates and snippets. Quoting tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more automations, but i know that costs more - I'm trying to ball on a budget over here! Gotta stay scrappy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to quickly pull all customer interactions from one place and share with my team.

Allows me to quote customers and get payments quickly and easily.

Allows me to send templated emails and sequences seamlessly.

Don't know what I'd do without it!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a software that allows me to easily track all of my data and automatically syncs up my teams emails. When connecting with a client, HubSpot has made it my one time stop shop allowing me to stay in the know regardless who has been in contact with the client. It is both seamless and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only disadvantage would be that sometimes emails are not automatically logged even if my email is open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using HubSpot since the day I started my role at my current workplace. It is all I have ever knows in terms to CRM's and strongly believe that it is all I will ever needs.

I don't dislike it, but the reporting part could use some help. Make it easier to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the information I need for a customer is easy to find; regardless of who spoke to the client and or when, notes, call, emails, its is all there. Integrating all forms of sales into an easy to identify, implemented methods used with your sale leave for no room for error. Its is all logged and easy to pick up and continue the sale with the hisory logged. Customer service is so much easier and clearly logged with the options to track. I use it everyday all day!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that I cannot send SMS unless I access Salesmsg and that any notes, calles, emails logged are not represented in the matrix /reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The moment SMS is active it would eliminate having to go to another platform (Salesmsg) toi send this item.
