Hubspot CRM review, it has been a pleasure to navigate our company sales process through hubspot.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user friendly dashboard and ability to navigate through leads effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a sms/txt message option directly through the platform and a better IB calling setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us with CRM and lead management. The platform makes our job easier by having all the lead information available to us in a user friendly format.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives me lots of insight on sales and their prospects. Love the interface and how many details are in the site. really easy to use the calling feature and update records
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a very big tool. A lot to take in initially. Once you understand it, it's great. But it's a beast of a program that takes a while to truly understand and utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with hubspot, I can easily see who sales is calling, documenting emails, and who is looking and opening emails. the CRM is more intuitive than anything I've used.

Being able to have a complete history on clients is great

Not knowing all of the different capabilities to make connecting with clients even more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just being able to follow each client and have reminders set when tasks are due, has been great in keeping me on top of my lists.
Great CRM for Sales with a few preferential updates desired
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a great tool to address companies and contacts separately and create lists to filter out what you'd like to target, and it helps me to organize things to the best of my ability, as needed. I appreciate the fact that I can update templates before they are sent and the ability to arrange sequences for outreach. I like that integration with tools like ZoomInfo can cut the work of updating research data. Some CRMs don't allow this, or it is too difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some updates I would like to see are the capability to see the status of a contact from the company's home page. I usually have to click each contact to see if I have attempted to reach them, or not, previously. I would like to be able to see the status from the company page, without having to select them individually to find out.
I also would like to find a better method to determine if a meeting has been scheduled for a lead as I still haven’t figured it out. There isn’t a report to create, or activity feed reference - this should be easier to determine.
I think that some updates may be needed to ensure accuracy when importing leads from tools like Zoom Info, as well.

It helps me to organize my pipeline for successful outreach and email-tracking from my external inbox.
Exceptionally laid out, and so self-explanatory. I would recommend this to everyone.

Reporting capabilities are not as flexible as other CRM platforms that I have used

Tracking and logging of activity. Deal and pipeline management. Email open tracking

HubSpot Sales Hub is Amazingly Efficient for Start-Ups
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to organize your clients into a funnel, as you can easily see where a client is in the pipeline at all times. The Sales Hub is incredibly helpful with organizing and collecting information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues, really, with using the HubSpot Sales Hub. I would maybe appreciate being able to search for clients with their emails or phone numbers rather than just the "deal name" in the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Sales Hub helps with organizing clients into the funnel and into the pipeline, it easily organizes all of my clients' information, and it allows my co-workers to easily access analytics on our sales and call trackings at all times.
Very simple, perfect for sales organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is way more simple then a lot crm's. Especially for Sales People (who are not the biggest fans of details in tech often) its a need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes accounts get created two times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see when prospects open my mails which I really like. Also, it gives me the chance to call them when the lead is still "hot"
