Sales Executive Hubspot review

What do you like best about the product?
The all in one use of being able to create sales sequenes, markeitng emails as well as the automated pipeline creation of deals integrated with our other suite of sales tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major complaints, I am a former Salesforce user so it did take me a while to get adjusted. One issue I have had is with creating notes on account or leads pages. In Salesforce the notes were on the side of the page and easy to see while in HS they can get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizign my pipeline, I normally kept my deals and accounts on a google sheet to view easily but seeing my whole demo pipeline allows me to catch deals in different stages so they do not slip through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, It is very customizable and I have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then there are time where it isn't loading things correctly, but they seem to fix the problems quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lont of contacts, so it makes it very easy to have them all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the sequence feature and the ability to integrate plugins, like JustCall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to mass email students instead of manually adding them to sequences. Emails in sequences do not automatically update when we update the templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Hubspot has integrated different tracking tools for our client management, but I think there are still some improvements necessary in order for me to say it's reached its final form.

What do you like best about the product?
Documentation, Generating Leads, keeping record of the leads. And for some other purposes to help in increasing my knowledge and getting expertise in top of others
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow costly. But this cost is valid according to the feature available so thats all fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track to all the calls, leads etc makes the sales hub solves the real world problems and increases the sales as well. There are many more features as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it to keep track on leads generated and following processes
Integrated with Outlook which enables to keep track of emails communication happened to those contacts which are entered in HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so interesting UX, can be better
Details entered in lead source initially doesnt show up later and needs to be entered once again for every contact added
Also certain features are restricted from accessing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it primarily for Sales tracking, cold calls dialing, email management and CRM management
Has recording features for calls, which can be used to check on the conversations had
Also keeps record of mail communications happened for those contacts which are added in HS

This is where I’ve encountered some issues. The integration with my calendar hasn't been as smooth as I would like. I’ve experienced some syncing issues that have led to double bookings and missed appointments, which can be frustrating.

While HubSpot offers robust features in its base subscription, I find it disappointing that full access requires additional upgrades. It feels like some essential features are locked behind a paywall, which can be a significant drawback for smaller businesses or individuals on a budget.

Simple & easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track all of our current customers as well as all of the leads / prospects we're targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always the most reliable system we use. It can be buggy sometimes, which isn't a massive issue given our size but I can imagine this would be a problem for a larger business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create clear snippets / templates to use in sales calls. It also allows us to monitor individual rep performance and score each deal based on historic data.

Awesome tool for managing our leads

What do you like best about the product?
I think the automated sequences are a fantastic addition that not all CRMs have. With it, we've automated our initial sales emails for new leads, which by itself has probably saves us a couple man hours every week
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The marketing contact limits are too low for small businesses to use without having to upgrade.

2. Sometimes our conversations stop getting logged in deal records

We use Hubspot to manage the active sales side of our business. We don't get a huge volume of leads from these efforts but despite that, the A-Z automation capabilitie sof HS have helped us automate manual tasks and expand our capability to send out more emails, run ads, sen dmarketing collateral, etc. All in all, it's helped our sales efforts a huge amount
