HubSpot sales hub is one of the best sales CRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The features I like the most about this platform are:
1. It is a great sales software that has helped my team members to close a lot of deals, deepen the relationships with customers as well as partners and also manage their tasks more effectively.
2. The pricing plan offered is somewhat reasonable as well as affordable for businesses with sufficient operations that include high-value deals.
3. What makes it one of the best out there is its availability of various features such as sales CRM, sales engagement tools, CPQ functionality, and more.
4. Another feature I liked about it was the ease of creating a deal and adding the required credentials in a matter of a few seconds.

What do you dislike about the product?
The features I dislike are:
1. A shortcoming I found out was one cannot add the accessibility to cc users on emails.
2. A great dislike about it was it does not auto saves the work like other CRMS making it lag behind.
3. There were some connectivity issues while talking over the dialer with customers.
4. The customer support of the platform needs to be improved.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a great all-in-one sales management and CRM platform that helps enterprises to close deals, etc. more effectively and efficiently. The availability of various features in a really great user interface makes it attractive for enterprises. I really liked the guide it provided in the beginning and the feal features it provides in the sales hub.
Good tool for follow up and closing deals
What do you like best about the product?
The best that I like about HubSpot Sales Hub is that as it names says it's a hub where you can have all your contacts so you can be aware about all interactions, notes etc that the team have had with that customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is their price. I think their pricing is extremely high compared to similar programs also the program has a lot of features that sometimes it feels it's overloaded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been a great help for me because it organizes everything in terms of contacts information you can have it all here centralized and access information more proactively.

It has free plan that provide the basic CRM functionality, as well as paid plans that offers more advanced capabilities and it's providing certification for free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's suits for most big organizations and for marketing contacts it's charging based on the number of market leads we have . It's need human element of our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspots don't have much template options for our sales and marketing campaign and it's also have it's own specifications and built-in templates. SEO option is will be good.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to search for anything I need. I can quickly pull up company or contact records or even start a communication sequence all from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to get the field I'm looking for into the corresponding report but it's likely user error!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving insight into deal communication and renewal /upsell processes. It makes my team more productive when reviewing pipelines and predicting forecasted next steps.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I had my first experience using Hubspot last year at a startup. I always though of it as a marketing hub but was blown away by the user experience on the sales hub!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think forecasting tools could be better but that's about it.

When I used the platform is was my CRM to help manage lead qualification and overall sales cycle.

The ease of email integration and the convenience of using templates are impressive features. Moreover, the support team's prompt responses are highly appreciated.

The hubspot provides excellent value for the initial investment, the cost can escalate as some of the more features are strategically included only in the higher tier package.

Best CRM out there
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot plays a big part in my company. The user experience is fantastic and allows you create a work flow that suits you. You can make the workflow as granular as you want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are setting up Hubspot it can take a little while to get your head around how you want the work flow to be structured because there are so many different ways you can classify your prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is creating an all in one solution to house our contacts as well as cold calling data. This creates a very productive and efficient process for our business development
Great tool- easy to use, useful analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate, everything is easily accessible via the various folders. I like that you can create templates/snippets and automated sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when completing tasks they don't show straight away as completed-you have to click 'mark as completed' twice sometimes.

just experience a quick tech down with my account and CSR mentioned it was my browser yet i was not able to access thru my phone as well so i believe should be the account itself
