Lead plataform for bussiness
What do you like best about the product?
This lead platform is easy to use and install on your computer tablet or phone, we use it every day on our remote work, and the integration with other platforms like Salesforce is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
the number of features is decent doesn't have too much but the frame is archaic I think they can improve the way it looks, and customer support is pretty slow but I only used it once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you work remotely and need to register all the leads you are handling this platform is a good fit for that purpose it solves the problem of tracking the number of clients that you call and the answers they give you, this app runs easily and fast and that can be integrated with other platforms.
Helps keep everything on one single pain of glass!

Has a user friendly interface, that makes it easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you upgrade to a higher level, the integration with Koncert lacks some critical features to create a single pane of glass.

Keeping lead notes in one spot that is easily accessible.

Having one CRM that actively allows the sales team to react to data, influencing their time and targeted approach is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many. We're a Microsoft based company and the engagement live between the sales app and outlook doesn't work with the latest version of outlook - forcing us tonuse the legacy version which isn't ideal.

As we grow as a business HSpot has allowed our sales team to be focused and grow by the tools inclusive or sales and marketing data.

There are alot of paid additions and not every tool in hubspot is accessable

Easy to find the leads and to track the lead's progress for sales. It is also easy to integrate all the leads from our pipeline to the HubSpot.

Nothing, but could upgrade the speed of the website. Sometimes it be a been lagged on the website.
