Fantastic CRM Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use and it's user friendly.

HubSpot Sales Hub offers email tracking and sequencing capabilities, allowing me to monitor email engagement metrics and automate follow-up sequences. This helps me stay informed about prospect interactions and ensures timely and personalized communication.
Great Marketing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is extremely beneficial to our company. I can easily manage my pipeline, log all of my sales activities and keep all of my contacts in one place. I can also assign tasks to myself and my team to stay on track. The customer support is very helpful when I have a question. The App Marketplace has several integrations to connect with other tools. I highly recommend using it for an all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that the contract to use HubSpot is an annual one. I would prefer using it month to month or semi-annual options. Also on the lower packages there is not any A/B Testing feature available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hub Spot has helped me to effectively categorize my leads and potential customers. Previously things were missed before implementing the CRM. Follow up is simplified now.

I would like to have text messages for the client it would improve the conversations

is allowing me to have my sales team on the road from anywhere remotely or in an office

It is easy to use and every time I come back to it, it has my setup and workflow saved.

I wish it was a little more clear to add in leads and track emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is really helpful as this is the only tool we are using and all clients info are there already. I can work efficiency and also its user-friendly as you dont need to learn the tool deeply. It is really an ideal tool for various businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure if its on our end. But sometimes its kinda hussle if I will go to all properties and add view. and then it will not be automated as I still need it to do on the new clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We cater quite a lot of clients and its really hassle if I will search the clients info on our Slack Channel because all of the clients are there. Consolidating client information in Hubspot and just a snap on finger, it significantly streamlines our workflow by providing a centralized databases. Hubspot also simplifies the inputting process without unnecessary complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It was new to me coming from a previous org using a much more "advanced" CRM, but Hubspot has proven to me much more user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little time to adjust, but I think that was from my prior experience more than HB itself.

Data management - tracking all of our day to day as the sales team.

It's super user friendly and automatically updates everything without room for error in not being able to save.

I wish there was a way to automatically track opportunities like you can do in SF

It allows for teams to communicate and track opportunities with accounts. It allows me to keep tabs on my communications and recall where I am with the status of an account.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate even for those new to the platform. Their customer support is exceptional, consistently addressing any issues or inquiries promptly within a remarkable turnaround time of less than 24 hours. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, if you exhaust your calling minutes with HubSpot, there isn't an option to purchase additional minutes separately. The only recourse is to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, which may prove to be significantly more expensive, especially if you primarily require additional calling minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from centralized information storage, preventing duplication of efforts by our sales advisors when engaging with customers. This allows us to maintain a seamless flow and assess communication needs with leads effectively. With the ability to review calls and messages, we ensure continuity in client interactions, even when a sales advisor is on vacation, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted service.

It's user-friendly and the features are easy to go to.

Not that I think of as I have been using HubSpot for almost 2 years now.
