Good for Basic Tracking and Templates, but Salesforce Integration and Forms are Mediocre.
What do you like best about the product?
Email Tracking and templates to use in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms are extreamly limited and require fields set-up in salesforce. Doesn't properly log emails in salesforce to opportunities and no way to fix it. Calendar scheduler needs to recognize other statuses than "free" and "busy". Tentative and out-of-office should not bookable timeslots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling meetings and setting up reminder for meetings. Creating email templates to save time.
You can stumble upon a bug very rarely and features are quite useful
What do you like best about the product?
I don't use Sales hub daily but occasionally if and when I am assigned for tasks. The thing I like the most is the variety of filtering options which enables me to find high-priority tasks with high accuracy and almost with no effort. Everything I need to know and see is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I have is the low speed on Synch of the lead info. There is a bit of a delay on that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is this little bit of a bug that happens when my Kixie dialer is opened on my pc. The bug is that, when I type down a phone # on emails it kinda messes up the email and I can't change/edit texting on the email. I figured a way around for that though. For example, I type the down number like this xxx-xxx-xx-xx instead of xxx xxx xx xx. it solves it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track and monitor customer journeys. I can easily see what stage of my pipeline my customer is in. Following up, logging calls, and sending mass emails all happen simply from within the one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The high price additions for adding extra features. If I decide to use HubSpot for my own business it would be very expensive to add the additional features. A cheaper price option for smaller businesses would be great

It solves the problem of tracking customer journeys. I can easily keep track of where my customer is within the pipeline, Make it much easier for me to monitor and track
Flexible and Speedy System
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep everything in one place instead of having it all over in many different locations. I also like the look and the style of HubSpot more than other similar systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would run a bit faster, I find sometimes the webpages can be a bit slow to load. I don't know if we're using the European datacentres or not but we should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have all of our sales and ticketing needs in one place. It helps us keep more organised than ever. I am definitely able to handle my workload more efficiently.
Powerful solution that only gets better.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is way more important than the M365-enviroment for me by now. It's the first thing i do and the last every day. It gets frequently updated as well to current trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's web based and i feel the performance could be better. Maybe the codebase is able to be optimized further. (Safari on Intel-based Mac).

Extensive tools and customization options to help me organize my day, keentrack of important tasks and identify new opportunities. Everything i need for this in one place.
Good tool, great asset for the company
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on the team has a place to view their tasks and complete their daily chores with virtually no issues whatsoever. Hubspot really helps out in this sense, and we can also stay in contact with our customers and keep track of email threads
What do you dislike about the product?
the UX/UI is not as user-friendly at first glance, and it really does take a bit of time to get used to the tool itself. Once that's done and over with, it's perfect, but I've always thought it wasn't very intuitive or easy to use

Not sure, I'm not really keeping up with the updates HubSpot has been releasing

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot is free to use and set up for everyone in the organization, so they can get in to working from day one. It's great that more extensive features are available on a per-seat basis that can be allocated from the users table.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequencing in HubSpot can do a bit more work. It would be great if Forms can plug into sequences in a straightforward way, instead of setting up a complex workflow. =
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub gives me the tools to translate our real-world sales process into a CRM that we can automate, saving time and non-selling activity for our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Deal tracking and tasks. They allow me to stay on track of many deals at once and show my team where we are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be better adapted to ongoing account management style conversations.

It helps me stay on top of every conversation I have, and when dealing with franchises with similar names and rteagons, keeps me on track.
